Here are some "standard" Droids that you can sell...

1) R5 Droid with Med Module and Food/Chem Crafting. As it's in the R5, it's not too expensive, but it's still an Astromech so you keep your principles. This is a good intermediate Doctor droid, as it gives the basic abilities that every Doctor should have. They can heal wounds anywhere, as well as craft their medicine anywhere. I sell these for 10k a pop easily.

2) Surgical Droid with two Level 4 Med Modules and a Food/Chem Crafting. This is kind of iffy, but it is good for those "I gotta have the best" people out there. It is a Surgical Droid, so it looks better, and has the best Healing Mod possible. Along with the standard Crafting Station, it is the "best" Medical droid a Doctor can buy. Since it's a Surgical Droid, I sell these for 30k.

3) Probots. Light Armored ones (Armor 1-3) can get you a good 13k or so, and the best Medium armored ones (stack two Armor 4 modules) can do a good 18-19k. They're not as good as they used to be, but they make decent damage absorbers, and like I said, people always want to max out their potential. An extra 50 damage is still extra 50 damage, and there's always people willing to pay.

4) R5 Crafting Stations. Something for Weapons, Armor/Clothing, and Structures. They're still useful....they can net about 8k each or so. Throw in some Item Storage too for kicks.
