Actually, I have promised a few free vehicles myself, but just to a few close friends, not a large PA group... Fortunately. Since I'm talking about perhaps four or five vehicles, I'll probably go ahead and give those away, but I'm willing to bet real life money that some or all of these guys will give me resources unasked-for.
