that is a bitter irony. your ticket submission window is bugged. i would go to the out-of-game chat window on a not-so-busy day and address the issue with the CSR who lurks there. but they'll probably tell you to call tech support.

Yea, I plan on doing that, when I get home from work tonight, I'll try to put another ticket in.
Being in limbo is the worst. If I don't get the stuff back, I don't know if I'll keep on crafting. I finally have made back what I spent on resources, not sure if I want to drop back to nothing again.

It's not a lot problem, or getting recent or new resources. The problem is with 1000 oq Fibro, good Copper, and gas. We havn't had spawns of those in a long time, the CPU cost on them is extreme. Some of them I paid a large amount of credits to buy, they are even harder to get now.
So thank you very much for the offer, it means a lot. It's the old resources that have me down.
Another example, Droid Stims are my baby, I love messing with them and making them better. I "think" my next batch may have been close to the legendary 40 charge 2k mark, those resources I have been collecting forever. You can't even buy that stuff.

This idiot posts the same complaint to every thread in the forum? I'd usually never say something as harsh as this, but it's time for Merc93 to be banned from the forums.

/chuckle. i sent him a PM and told him that if he doesn't want me to think he's an idiot he'd be best not to do that again. not particularly nice, but I was really annoyed, and I could have been much meaner.

Straker - a mate of mine had this same problem over the weekend. Two of his vendors just went 'poof' while others were still there. This was in a tent chock full of vendors (at least 10 of them)
He was really worried and did send out a ticket. He did get his vendors back again, but EXACTLY WHEN or HOW LONG they were in limbo I can't recall. If I see him again I will ask and revert.
In the mean time just wait it out and I hope you get your vendors back.

Well to clarify, I never logged out all night. I just left the house for a bit, then came back and it was gone. Tried having another character come in and see if they could see it, no good.
I actually intended on putting all my good stuff back into my Bank when it was all done. However, due to wy warehouses, bank and inventory being full, I needed to sort and inventory. The plan was to put all the stuff on the resource vendor, inventory it, then pull my "good" stuff back out to put in my bank.

yikes. in truth, i was afraid you would report the vendor wasn't coming back... there've been reports on the merchant forums in the past of people losing vendors but not loosing the items on the vendors but also not being able to retrieve the items because the vendor they are suppossedly located on doesn't exist.
I've one suggestion. Don't know if it will work, and don't know if other merchants who've had similar problems have ever tried it. But do this: if you really can still see the items are listed from other vendors, place a vendor near to where the lost vendor is located. Then attempt to delist the items that are on the nonexistent vendor from there. Then try to retrieve them from the stockroom from the new vendor.
The reason I suggest that is this: it is generally possible in the game to retrieve items from the stockroom of a vendor different from the vendor you are working on if the two vendors are closer together. If the items are still there, and the server knows what the location of those items is suppossed to be (even though the vendor they are in isn't really there), you may just be able to retrieve them this way. But maybe not. It's a bug, and bugs are often resistant to both logic and reason.
Do that at your own risk though. I'm not promising that the items won't disappear completely when you delist them from the non-existent vendor.

Woot! I just logged in now and it is back.
I quickly pulled everything off of it. Not sure if a CSR or somebody helped me or not. It's weird that it would just come back by itself if the server restart didn't fix it.
Thank you everybody for your support and help. Whew.
