In any case it sounds like it's time to fill a factory or 2. Deeds or chassis Drashk?

Ackis;
<<5 droid per crate cept mouses which are 10 per crate. >>
This is something that needs to be changed throughout the DE subcomponents tree.
Either that or up the capacity of both the Input and Output Hoppers. We can't continue to function with one or even two factories with just 100 items in each.
And what's the deal with buying factories that list "storage capacity 2500+ items" anyway? Are they keeping something from us?
aahhhhhhhhh, it's so frustrating sometimes!

With the usefulness of lvl 10 droids being such a stong debate I'd like to give everyone an example of just how useful they can be.
One day for fun a member of my guild who was a master commando asked me if i wanted to duel. I was only lvl 4 polearm in the brawler tree and had a probot with me. To make it a bit more fare he only used a sliced launcher pistol. Yes the end result was that he won, but just barely. While he could do the damage, the probot could certainly take it. He got so low on his HAM that he actually had to heal himself. Neither of us were wearing armor either and his stats were set for high health/action.
So even though you think these droids aren't worth anything, they actually are. Maybe not for high end combat, but that added support is always useful, and THAT is the purpose of droids.

Totaly agree Kleston, my adv probots make great little buffer zones. They may not be able to dish it out much but they can sure take it, even against the mid/high level baddies (Hurtons, Macklocs) they cope well enough to draw attention and distract a (small) group long enough so I can fight solo. Just imagine how much longer they'd last with some droid damage repair tools!

Aye...the whole point of droid detection devices and the bartender in Mos Eisley telling Luke to leave his droids outside is because droids CAN be dangerous.

Umm...well, just a note about 'never did you see a combat droid' That's wrong. They were rare, but they were there. 4-LOM. The bug-headed protocol droid, carrying a carbine of some sort beside Zuckuss, the bug thing in the tan robe (partner, master, or whatever, they seemed to be a pair). IG-88, the Assassin droid turned bounty hunter. The DZ whatever that interrogated Leia 'The senate outlawed those!'. and of course, the infamous Probot. Han blew it up one shot, but later stated 'I thought that thing had us..One hit and it blew up..Must have had a self destruct mechanism'. So SEE..A probot technically SHOULD be stronger than most semi-combat types like Smugglers and marskmen. But it's not. and the combat droids were there. Uncommon, to say the least, and illegal. But they DID exist. and they certainly were alot more common than combat monsters. The only real creatures you see, are in cages (Rancor) or mounts (Tauntauns, Banthas, and Dewbacks). Of course, that being said..the Galaxy is a BIG place..and the films/even the novels and comics, only showed a small, small percentage of that. Personally though..I want Droid mounts. I want a Power droid (a Gonk for those in the know..Just ask Vader). with a metallic black and racing flames paint job, and a corellian leather recliner bolted to the top. Hey..if you're gonna be weird..Do it in style.

Err...not to be rude, but...well....who on earth a) has money b) would spend it on combat stuff and c) is still doing anything BUT high end combat, as it is said??? If just a and b were issues maybe we could sell to crafters...but.....

"On a sidenote, I was informed that everyone might want to start stocking up on Probot Deeds and Chassis now, in preparations for Publish 7. The resource cost inadvertantly will have to go up, because of the way the slots are alloted and how the combat modules are made. I'm hoping that I will be able to elaborate on this comment, but it will more than likely another month before I can do so. "
You making me feel like Martha Stewart with this inside info LOL. I'm just hoping that the resources for those chasis don't go the way of the BLL.
