good or bad wouldnt affect DE's much most are already master artisan. talk to the WS/AS/Architects im sure they back this argument..i think any form of control on resource gathering will only help the economy.

It will affect DE.
They use resources.

And I think:
1) it will only hurt the economy
2) it will make cross server lot trade worst than it is now.
People will just make newbie artisan and grind it in a day with the help of the guy that want the lots.

not true. it will affect every player whether or not they have master artisan. such a drastic change in the availability of resources on the open market will cause prices across the galaxy to change drastically as well. prices of resources are not the only thing that will change, the prices of the items made with those resources will change as well. that means everything that is crafted from mined resources.

When do I get the edit button? After 1000 posts? Anyway I can grind that?

3) Heavy harvestor certification. Who needs this? Any player who is serious about crafting, and is prepared to take their trade to master level. How about HE certification somewhere in the every ELITE crafting profession (novice, 1st or 2nd box would be my recommendation). Apply this to Weaponsmith, armorsmith, architect, droid engineer, doctor, combat medic, chef, BE and tailor (Did I miss any?) Also place HE's at master artisan and novice merchant (commodities broker).Non-craftingcharachterscan still access heavy harvestors, but it will cost you a minimum of 35 skill points to get them.
