sizign me up! HAHA OLD THREAD! still tru tho

this thread is old but i think it is silly. i mastered DE in 2 days and had no complaints on the experience. however it did take over 350k steel and over 200k fiberplast unlike what is posted for the holocron junkies...only problem i have no is i wasted 3million on resources (couldn't find grinding stuff so just bought the 950+oq stuff ) and now i have no way of gaining all this money back... demand for droids is low, the fact that people can only store 5 in their datapad makes it worthless. they need to be able to ahve at least 20 droids that way we can make some money. Plus why should we make bh droids all day long hoping more and more ppl will master that profession just to make some money? i refuse to make bh droids!!! currently the only way i can make money is to sell resources from my many harvesters... this is long and tedious but eventually it works. and i don't need crafting skills to do it, just novice artisan for survey.

Is this the place where I sign to petition that no one tries petitions anymore?

Please don't ask for any more handouts. This profession is the last great 'difficult' profession. At the bottom the climb looks hard, and in all fairness it is. But the fact that at EVERY level of DE you get new cool stuff makes the entire thing worthwhile. So, to reiterate what many have already said in these 19 pages offorum board bog-rollpaper: Make the climb, don't belittle the achievements of those who have come before you, respect the profession and it'll respect you, and actually do something you'll both be happy and proud of in the end. If you want to fly through a profession go do any of the others as there are more than a few empty spots out there in weaponsmith or armoursmith. But if you actually want to stand tall among an elite set of peers then earn their respect the same way they did from the droid engineers before them.
