I'm confused about something. What type of crafter(s) is needed in this place? I read that a Master Armorsmith is required to do the armor, but everything else seems to be for a Droid Engineer? Or is it just that you are a droid engineer and any elite crafter can do this? I dont' understand.

Could you tell me were to get the binary liquid adn protective coating from? and is it possible to craft multiple pieces in while in there or does it take to much time?

Those two are what you get for completing two missions inside the bunker... they are not loot. And the final peice is looted from the overlord.

Don't listen to ImperialLord he does not know what he's talking about.
The two liquids are loot drops, I looted protective liquid from a Death Watch Ghost. The overlord drops blood for the quests and the reward is only 30 fp.

so i just looted the jetpack base what other pieces do i need for the jetpack? how many are there total? Are they all lootable by the balcksuns? Are some pieces rarer than others?

Quick question... Did the condition or the stats on the original BH Helmet seem to effect the final outcome?

What were the statson the BH helmet that was used to make the mandalorian helmet?

I don't remember exactly. I think it was a 40k condition (the reason why it was chosen) and the other stats were all about 30-50%.
