Ahh, yes...passed the lightsaber out upon seeing Luke's little salute to him.
Gotta love that sophisticated image recognition software. Hell...good thought....
We need the "Lightsaber Launcher" module!!!!

...And speaking of the bomb droids, did I miss it, or have they not been tested on TC yet...or are they one of the new utility modules for Pub 8?

The exploding modules have NOT been announced to any particular model of droid. I think we just assumed MSE droids because they are the cheapest to make.

Yes, Luke and R2's conversations were rather one-sided, basically Luke telling R2 what to do, and venting to R2. Luke's comprehension of what R2 was 'saying' was probably on the same level as that of the audience members. R2 makes warnings when he senses danger, he 'screams,' heemotes positive, neutral, negative, sad, cheerful / happy,content, or worried moods all through electronic bleeps and signals. He also rocks back and forth when excited. When he needs to do something he just does his own thing and puts 3PO on /ignore. He was quite a character despite having no real dialogue.
