Yeah, I had the customer store it, call it, recharge it, and try to tend wounds in front of me.

I had multiple complaints similar to this over the weekend, but in each and every case it was a simple power failure. Once I directed the customers to recharge the droids they sent me back tells saying that the problem was fixed.

I have two probots and one DZ70 and a stupid LE repair droid in my data pad. One of the probots I bought before i was a DE and seems to have lost all its commands in the datapad listing, however it still obeys my commands as before. My other three droids i had crafted myself. These three all have their commands listed in the datapad, but the older probot still won't show any commands. Programing the old probot seems to work fine ( I still get the "!" after accepting the command). Seems like a bug to me.
