What's wrong with me is that I posted something interesting that has an adverse effect on our profession. It may not be a 100% killer, but is detrimental nonetheless.
Every player I know is factional, and everyone I know uses faction pets instead of droids. In my view this this is huge.
AdditionallyI think the75% number is misleading because of players who (1) quit without ever getting into the game (their accounts are still there, and they never would have went factional; ex: my best friend who players for 2 weeks and hasn't canceled his account), (2) player who have a second, nonfactional account to periodically avoid pvp, (3) players who have a second nonfactional character to periodically avoid pvp, (4) crafters who don't declare because they don't want to participate in pvp combat and don't use combat droids anyway, and (5) players who declare when they want to use faction pets, and undeclare afterwards. All of these are common practices with people I know.
My problem is that I see this as something to be concerned about, and people who haven't even seen or thought about the problems with the change post here with useless comments and one star me (thereby preventing many users from even seeing my post).
I guess my problem is that I care and am watching out for changes that will possibly gimp us any more than we are already gimped. Excuse me for trying.
