Downhill? Maybe down hill as in down a bunny slope at a ski resort on some odd shapped but very fun ski toy. WOOHOO!!!

LOL madness is filling the vacuum left by DEV discussion...hardly surprising

Turncoat is anyone who wears the uniform of one army, who changes sides and therefore dons the uniform of the prior enemy. Short version of 'turning in your coat for another'. Comes from long before American history.

And to stay on topic..many turncoats are the inevitable consequence of an army losing a war so drastically. Furthermore, in this war it appears there are going to be no winners. All have lost.

I'd go for the tabasco. It better represents the hell we've been through.

Wow. I half expected this post to go ignored. Gratifying that it wasn't.

For the guy who didn't recognize me, I'm not surprised. This is only about the fourth thread I've ever started. My post count for replying to other's threads is up to 115 though....

For the guy who thought that a turncoat was a British sympathizer... no, my feelings for the British are more along the lines of pity... just like any true blooded American.

But a turncoat is someone who switches sides, especially when it seems the side he is on is going to lose.

I was, at the beginning of the whole DH proposal, even considering closing my account and finding something else to do with my time than SWG. Now I'm actually impatient to see DH so I can decide if it will be comparable to CH... or close to it.

There are no 'true blooded Americans'. "Pity" indeed - lol, boot's on the other foot I'm afraid.

Love from a Brit

I beg to differ. Any person born in America or to American parents and happy to be so qualifies as a true blooded American.

Didn't mean any insult to the British, though... Just feel sorry for them because they didn't get to be born into the very best place on Earth to live, that's all.

No insult taken but that doesn't mean your right lol

Don't think this is the time or place to list why it isn't the 'best place on earth'..but so long as you are happy nevermind
