Thread: You'll probably call me a turncoat but...
- More module variety. There should be surveying modules. Item delivery. Slicing modules.
- Droids should be task specific. Only a surgical droid should be ABLE to assist with healing. Etc...
- Everyone should be able to call at least two droids. If they want to restrict them asto types, so you can only have one combat type out, that would be ok... but some of the functions we HAVE don't work because of the one droid limit. Gonk droids, for example, are useless. Or so I have heard (I can't make them yet.)
- Initializeany droidas a vendor. Thereafter, it would no longer operate as a droid, would be removed from the datapad, and would be unmoveable, just like a regular vendor. Maybe this should be a module... hmmm... All I know for sure is, I intensely dislike the current vendor system.
- NPCs should have droids that will swarm when their master is attacked. Not just combat oriented npc's either. Do you realize that there are NO DROIDS at the jawa stronghold? I didn't even see ONE.
As for DH... here's one idea we probably won't see, but I think we should... A DH should be able to slap a restraining bolt on any droid he sees or at least any that belong to someone who PVP's him, and 'hijack' the droid, making it his own. Success rate at this activity to bedetermined by comparison of his skill level with that of his enemy, and maybe the quality level of his restraining bolts. (new MA or DE item?) Maybe only after he has incapped the owner and/or droid... the previous owner of the droid would call it the cost of PVP. This is, after all, essentially what the jawas do with their ion cannons... That's how they got ahold of r2d2 and c3po. If this were put in place, option 5 above would give the opportunity for droids to be aquired from NPCs too. Of course, then we'd have to put up with a bunch of disgruntled people who lost their droid to someone higher on the DH tree... Maybe they should restrict hijacking to NPC droids...
So, what do you all think? Anyone else starting to like the idea of DH?
TURNCOAT!
But since I can't recall ever seeing your name on this board, or if I did see it I sure cant rememberit, so you can't really be a turncoat to myself if I have no idea who you are.
HUH!? Just what do you think about that? crackpot?

I think you are a crackpot, ETG. But this guy's also a turncoat.
But what does "turncoat" mean, anyways? Is that the same as "reversible"? Reversible's not bad, but it just depends on the fabric. If you turn it inside out and there's all these cheesy mushrooms on there, forget it. Why do people say stuff when they don't know what it means? Case in point: DH.
Forget the crack, but keep the pot.

Well crack certainly is bad , whether its the drug or your backside, but are pots? What about cooking pots? We all like hot food dont we? Unless that also refers to chamberpots, and in that case, of, uh, unmentionables, no, i am not a crack-pot.
Do yourself a favor, man. Start crafting Uber Contraband MSE Droids now. Yer gonna need them for everything on your spice rack -- including arregano and guano.

A "turncoat" was a citizen of theAmerican colonies who was a British sympathizer during the Revolutionary War, if I remember my US history correctly.

But DH certainly is a crock of bull now that I mention it again.

I'm flabbergasted you would suggest, that I, ERIC THE GREAT, would have a spice so foul, so dastardly, deviously, disgustingly as arregano!?!?
Luckily my self control stops me from baking you a pie now.

Bake me a pie -- tofu cream, pls.Write DH on it with tabasco, then fling it at my face. Thanks.
(glad we saved this thread)
Not to go off topic or anything, but what about using BBQ sauce instead of tabasco? I find it mixes with the tofu better, in more of a smooth, subtle taste instead of the firely hell of tabasco sauce.

Thanks man. History has found a way of repeating itself, I see.
