First and foremost, I won't be one of those mindless sheep that stumbles over himself to get into a price-fixing rink to make sure we bleed the poor buggers for all they're worth. Yes, I'm bitter, and yes, I wish unspoken misery upon every non-CH pet I see (including Mounts)......but I'm not going to sit around and try to figure out just how much I should wildly overprice a product which, in all likelihood, is ages away from becoming a reality.

I'm not that desperate. I'm not going to take the trashy Creature Handler mount and charge out the wall. Even if supply doesn't meet demand (as was the case for them), I don't see that as any reason to jack up the prices as much as many of them did. A little bit is fair, to cover the costs and to pencil in a decent profit given the overwhelming desire. But more than 4 times what they really cost? I think not. As I said, I'm not that desperate, and most importantly, I don't wanna make a customer base of pissed-off, over-charged consumers.

I'm sure your methods are successful and make quite a bit of sense. And I agree, there are certainly people who will not let opportunity pass them up. The thing is...well, in my eyes, Creature Handlers had it harder to meet the demand than we do. I say that carefully because they have to grow their pets....they have an absolute maximum output level for Mounts, and even that couldn't meet demand. Now, I also recognize that their products cost them absolutely nothing (Grow a pet and train it, both cost them no resources or money, and hardly much time except to wait for it to grow), so I scowl at the level to which they skyrocketted the price.

Now, for me, the only thing that would keep me from keeping up with demand would be resources. If I run low, I pop down some harvestors, or buy them from a Miner. Naturally, demand will be tough of course, and sure I'll staple on a little bit extra to cover having to deal with so much demand and pumping them out as fast as I can like a machine. But I have a cut-off point, where a certain amount is way too much even for a "demand fee". That's just me mind you....but in my humble (and likely solitary) opinion, I feel that getting the sale in the first place is the reward. Sure, tack on a price for profit, but I like to know how much is too much, so that the customer is happy and will return later.

I would like nothing better than to be flooded with Droid Order requests. Business is hard enough to find as it is, I don't see any sense, in my way of business, to punish my customers for all wanting something at the same time. I see it more as a blessing than a hassle.

Ok more importantly then anything I am noticing that your time is never a concern or factor in what you do.. So say you want 3-5 cpu in a droid.. Well for some resources you will pay more then that unless you are MR/MRS preperation.. Or if you get the resources all yourself at these prices it might not even be worth making them as resource unit is = too end product.. Being a DE makes it hard to get a holocron at 3million a peice! I would honestly take that 3 cpu and triple it or more.. Now we are making 9+ cpu on this item which is reasonable.. How long did it take you to grind DE? Was it the fun? only when you got that next block and then you hang your head low and say ohh no this block need 100k xp.. I would have to sell a lot of droids to make up for the time on that and all the other things I had to experiment with to make what I am doing work properly! Dont sell yourself short for some pride thatdoes not make sense.. Read the books on how expensive some droids were, some people payed9 million credits for a droid!!

My dad once told me:

"I dont get payed for what I do. I get payed for what I know"
