While it really doesn't meet the storyline, it's obvious why they are doing it. The war in space would not be very fun for us Imperial players if we couldn't have shields or Hyperdrive. One shot kills would suck. So would still having to take the NPC startships while the Rebles bounced around at will

As for the droids, they probably did that for us, the Droid Engineers, so we have a wider market.

We can probably plan on new modules, I really don't seem them just letting people put their Surgical droid into an X-Wing and letting them work.

Really looking forward to it.

Thanks, I probably should start selling plasma or plateletts now so that I can save up for the exspansion. I got a gut feeling that SOE will throw in a little bit of a carrot for all professions that can only be obtained if you buy the JTL exspansion. Might be modules for us, structures for Archs, creatures for CH, etc. Even the Emporer has to answer to the all-mighty dollar!

It's a good thing there is no such things as weight/balance loading problems...

I think I will be able to fit my BLL in my Super Star Destroyer just fine.

I just dont believe the developers will help us.. I expect it will be just like the building the PC shuttleports, all they will require is the stupid frame. albiet Advanced R2 and R3 frames only stuck in spaceships. thats my gut feeling..
