I'd say being calm hasn't been very productive either. I'm not sure that refusing to make droids will be either though. After all, there aren't that many folks buying them.
The flurry of negative posts yesterday and last night did strike a nerve in the community monitors and community at large for a short while. Calling for a nerf of CH is not very effective, but pointing out that one of the most Star Wars like professions has been (at best) ignored since launch has struck the fancy of some.
But, to me, the worst thing was when they started to Lock or Delete the DE threads that were complaining. The heavy handed approach to customer (dis)service is not appreciated. The same kinds of complaints and comments were effective in getting fixes for several other classes. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
I would love to have a polite interaction on how to improve the class as well as the game. But, time and again, it has been proven that being polite gets you ignored when someone else is ranting.
