yeah, Veers gives it. Btw, I obtained a schematic and asked the tailor to instead make me a toolset and she could keep the remaining 2-charge schematic as payment. So she said she didn't have the loot-only clamps and I was like ok fine I have a friend (same one who helped me obtain the schematic) who can probably get them. So, he runs a rare items "museum" house, and I figured that he would want one too, so I asked the tailor if she could make two if I brought her 4 clamps. And she says to me NO because for every 1 schematic she gets, she will make 1 toolset. Wow, what a bloodsucker.
