Yup, I did R5 and DZ70 and SOLD MOST OF THEM in order to get to adv. frames, but I was an early DE (and am still late to getting master, but that's cause I don't grind hard enough).

Once you hit master blueprints, and have a factory or two, you can stir up the pot a little by making some advanced binary load lifter chassis. They have a terrible resource/xp ratio, but they grant 4k+ xp per combine, and give you a neat decoration item for your house (or to sell)

Um...I think its 2xp per unit resource used. So Adv. DF uses 220 units which gives you
440 (462 with practice).

My recent grind from Blueprints 1 to Blueprints 2 was using 2/3 seekers and 1/3 manipulator
arm package sets. If you have a factory to generate the components for the seekers,
you will have no problem grinding the seekers. The hundred or so I made, most was
practiced, though I've sold about 20 of them. Why seekers you ask? Do the math on it,
and you will be pleasantly surprised.

The rest was manipulator arm package sets. Of course, these I didn't practice because
of the precious extrusive ore that it needs (boy, that endor trip was tough, but I
think now they're on Lok or Talus, so I've heard).

So, I have about 50+ of these things if anyone wants them. It's taking up a lot of
space in my house and inventory. Send me a /tell.

ditto. people told me to grind other things and they were wrong, no matter what you grind you get ROUGHLY .5xp per resource used, so find something that saves mouse clicks and your good to go

You mean to tell me that Extrusive Ore won't ever be found on nice planets like Tatooine?

Has anyone seen it on Tatooine on their servers? On Intrepid the cupboards are bare.

And thanks for the advice on the Master Blueprints stuff, too. Might have to go for 0-0-0-4, then, just to make the rest of the grind easier, in the long run (my wife does Architect and the xp for her stuff is nice, though also resource hungry).

Don't know why I expected a small turn out on this thread, but thanks for proving me wrong.

At one point, extrusive was on Tatooine, Wanderhome.

Not very long though and it hasnt been there since.
