I usually do SurgicalDroidAdv (Food/Chem Crafter, Med6,Worship, Armor6)
I put my crafting module first because that seems to be the thing people want to buy the most from me. I agree tho, minimal text needed is the best way. To each his own tho right?
I only sell chassis and seekers on my vendor. And batteries, gotta have batteries.
People can either buy them for furniture, or come to me for custom outfitting. I e-mail everyone that buys a chassis to offer the modules.
So far, it hasn't worked out as well as I'd like, because don't read the READ ME FIRST! item on my vendor and they think they're getting a droid at a very low price and don't know what droids do or how to use them anyway.
I just give them serial numbers and add the price on the label, for example:
"FOP Corp. Deed for: R2 ADV #DP1234 (see details) [18500]"
and list all the modules with price tags on the description on my vendor (of course I make also notes im little black book). A typical description on my vendor may look like this:
5500 - R2 ADV Chassis
4500 - 110 medical rating
4500 - 10 items storage
3000 - food/chem crafting station
FREE - This week special offer, Level 3 Armour for free!
-----
17500 Credits total.
(Batteries not included)
It seems to me like this works, I never had a complaint from a customer.
I usually target specific professions with my titles, i.e.:
Combat Probot Droid with L4 Armor
Tailor/Armor Crafter R2 Droid with Item Storage
Beginner Medic MSE Droid
Expert Medic R2 Droid with Food/Chem Station
etc...
The description for each droid then describes exactly what's in each droid. This doesn't take very long, as I typically make similar droids (the ones that sell well) and all descriptions are in the /notepad for easy cut-and-paste into the vendor description window.
Most of my customers know that modules with numerical ratings go from 1 to 6, I've never been asked for a medical 110 but always for a medical 6.
That said, I name my droids as easily as possible. Today I made a run of R3s for my vendor, one looks like this:
Adv R3 Droid (Med6, Food/Chem, Repair, Storage6, Armor6)
I always list personalities first in talking droids:
Adv Protocol Droid (Worship, Med6, Food/Chem, Armor6)
My customers know exactly what they're getting with a minimal usage of text. Those who don't know always e-mail me to ask or send a tell, it's a great chance to be nice to a potential customer & help seal a business deal
Oh, and for those wondering, 65 characters is the max in a droid deed name.
I was a master doc before i was a DE, I never heard of a level 6. I think it depends on who ya play with.. all groups have different terminology.
Most people i find seem to not even know medical droids have ratings. Those who do knows there is one thats the best and everything else stinks, or atleast thats how they put it 
I'll usually name mine something like this:
Deed: R2 Droid w/food+chem crafting/medical class 6/storage 4
or
Deed: Probot w/40% resist composite droid armor class 6

It helps a lot with people being able to identify the droids.
Just on observation: Isn't it better to use a naming convention that gets to the functions of the droid rather than the modules? I find most customers don't know squat about modules. But then I tell them 40% resists on medium armor or and they understand right away.
110 Med is another concept they know to look for in adroid.
I'm curious on what naming convention others use for droid deeds.
Mine are easy to name.....
1) Better-than-Sodans
2) Still-Better-than-Sodans
3) Way-Better-than-Sodans
4) This-droid-kickz-Sodans-Droidz-butt
5) This-probot-makes-Sodans-look-like-a-girly-prob (*start to run out of chars. but its a hot seller)

Well my droid namig standards are pretty conservative. For example Adv. R2 droid: Weps/Equip station, 10 item storage, data module.
But I have to exceptions Adv. R2 with food/chem station I call Doc's little helper and the Adv. surgical droid I have named Doc's best friend. I am thinking about spicing up the naming of my probots, but so far I havent come up with anything. Ah yes I made a few probots with Food/Chem station and med rating 110. I named those Doc's hovering friend...

I rarely bother with armor rating, because its not that important for utility droids and I don't sell probots with less than max armor. Other than that, my listings look pretty close to yours.
ADV R3 Droid (Food-Chem Craft/Medic6/Data6/Repair/10 unit Storage) fits... and that's about the most you'll see on one at present.
