Even though I'm not on your server, welcome to a fun profession!
I find that the BH droids are always good base items to carry. Arakyds and Seekers sell by the crateload every day for me. Also, I'd suggest keeping a good supply of batteries on hand. Storage Droids of any model are always in demand as well. I always keep at least 3 to 5 MSE Storage Droids on all of my vendors. After those items, Flight Computers are extremely popular, and likewise with the Astromechs. I keep 5 of each level of flight computers and 2 each of all levels of Astromechs. They sell almost as fast as I can stock them.
High quality combat droids such as the Probot are always good to stock, as are harvester droids with bonus higher than 100 if you can make them. I also sell a great deal of Droid Repair B units, with somewhat less sales for the C and D units. I'd also suggest keeping Droid Customization kits on hand. They are a good profit item, and in demand somewhat less now that the paint scheme lasts for 2000 calls.
As to the Artisan goods, I also have Master Artisan, so can't address that issue. Perhaps a trade, or barter agreement could be worked out with an Artisan near you? You'll need so many Electronic Memory Modules and GP modules, that you might want to consider getting the skill yourself. Since the quality of those items is generally insignificant in a droid schematic, you might not have to master Artisan to keep your self supplied with them. I usually only run the factory for 1,000 each of those items, since the BH droids call for so many of them. But since a factory run of 1,000 of themn takes around 40 hours, it means a lot of time just waiting for the parts! And for Seekers, which require 2 GP modules, 1,000 modules will only result in 498 droids (2 modules are lost creating the schematic.
Good luck, and I hope I've helped a little!!!
