Farewell Sparkynine. May you find greener pasture. /salute.
This game was fun at one point in time. The old guilds. The first one being Smoke & Mirrors. Then there was Ronin, and lastly IDS (imperial Death Squad). Funny, I started as a rebel. I remember one of the most hated guilds: Dark. The good old days.

I remember the desperate 15 minute speederbike ride, trying to find a staffed med center before the sarlaac poisioning killed me. That was back in the day when a POI was enough "content" to make my gameplay enjoyable...
Lol, that was the extent of content, Dingly.
I remember when this game had a actual story. The Cries of Alderaan. Imperials and Rebels actually had a purpose other than killing each otherin the GCW. It was cool how the stroy wouldevolve infavor of the winning faction.
I remember when everyone had pets and MCH were gods.
Where 5 full 20 man groups would die to a kryat and we would laugh about it and talk about doing it again.
When the secret cave behind the waterfall is where people would grind quenkers cause the spawns were fast and no one new about it.
when it took me 45 minutes to run to my first city from the closest shuttle port and the wait time for that shuttle was 10 minutes.(if i even made it alive)
when bonearmor was cool..... lol
when it took days or weeks it seemed to get the combat xp required to get novice bh.

I remember doing Imperial missions out of tyrena.... i would run in, the the mission and run out hoping no one would notice my TEF.... and occassionally I'd get spotted and it would lead to a running fight between the buildings....
I remember my first toon was a CH, and sicing my peko peko pet on the imp zerg that would attack anchorhead (back when anchorhead was THE pvp place to be).
man that was fun. and that was the last fun I had in this pos game.

I always ended up being the guy who gets to the droid RIGHT AS THE SHUTTLE LEAVES. I spent *lots* of time standing around waiting for the bus =X

We thought CU was the end of SWG. We were wrong. CU2 is. A complete overhaul. So I start this thread for us compile our favorite memories of what once was a great game. I'll start.
I remember when Moenia (Corbantis) was a thriving place, whose cantina's were always filled with players as you would see them now in Mission Outpost on Dantooine.
I remember a group of 15 of us running 2k + to a mission and hoping none of us would have to clone.
There were no mounts or speeders. No player cities. If you were lost in the middle of nowhere, well... you walked/ran 5kor so to the nearest starport. Yeah, we ran everyone. Jedi??? Where??? Who??? No way???

When the awesome publish of vehicles finally showed up. I had seen someone with an x-34 and was like "wow". Then I remember meeting an artisan and I buying my first swoopbike for 26k which was my entire bank account. Then I thought to myself "I just spent alot of money"
