Ok mine was a battery problem... I bought a new battery and now it works fine.

Mine is an Adv.R2 with Med6 (110).

I note that I can no longer pull the droid out in any of the buildings at the Mining Outpost on Dantooine.... but I made a camp, pulled it out ok... and walked away and tried my droid and it enhanced me just fine.

There seems to be funny behaviour when you use your droid on your homeworld... (mine is Naboo). When I get back to Naboo I will do further testing.

But so far... the battery was the prob.... and you can test it like the person above said by using the group command on your droid.
