I just logged in today for the first time since Publish 18 and my droids didn't change.

I ahve an R3 with six combat modules -a rating of 600 before the publish -that hits for 179 but is still a level 18. It had level 6 armor also.

My crafting droids are still level 18 also. Anyone else having this issue?

Datapad changes do not update until after the droid is called and then stored again.

After you do this, reclick on the datapad entry and it will display the correct value. This is how all pet conversions have occured, to my knowledge.

i was looking at the actual droid. I called it, level 18. Stored it, called it again, level 18. Was there a certain way to do it? if there was then I really messed up

I just pulled out my probot and he also coverted to level 1 with 108 health. He was level 18 prior to the patch. I'm nearly 100% certain that he had 5 combat modules in him. He had a fairly high damage, health, and to-hit prior to publish 18 and seemed to have no other modules. Please let the devs know about this problem. I have submitted a ticket regarding it but I'm not optimistic.

Does the droid have any other functions, such as Auto-Repair Modules, Stimpack dispensor, Storage, etc...

It really sounds like the droid did not have any combat modules installed.

There is also the possiblity that the droid that you have had no module installed it, when it was built.

All Probots, prior todays publish were CL18, with a decent Health, and could hit for good damage. \

Then again, the droid conversion wasn't tested very well, since majority of the people who appeared to be testing the publish, on TC-Corby, were non-Corby natives. If only there was a Test server that had an established community to test things like this. (Venting again)

Psst .. just created a character on Corbantis for this very reason. Slowly building her up in Artisan and then .. on to Droid Engineer.. will be awhile before I am useful enough to test things there (or on TC-Corbantis) but one day... But yes its a pity they didn't put Radiant on TC. I have oodles there that could be used for testing .. *sigh*

Advanced probots should count as at-least having one combat module as that was stated as an automatically included item.

I have 2 Probots I guarantee I personally created with level 6 armor modules, one has explicit combat modules, and they both have autorepair modules. One was combat-only filled with combat and autorepair modules as well as level 6 armor that I factory-ran for the guild to try and do a "droid invasion" of the vette right after it was introduced. All my droids I'm using now are post the droid-invasion publish.

They're both level 1 with 108 health now. I was waiting a couple of days to see if this was hotfixed before I decided to come here and see how common the issue is.

One astromech with 6 harvest modules (109 rating) and one level 6 armor module is level 1, my space R3s with maybe 1 combat, 1 autorepair, and 1 level 6 armor module converted to level 30.. containing creature harvest, combat x 2, autorepair, items storage, data storage, so should be lvl 20???

Oh, and I did have to call it a NUMBER of times before the stats all settled down... I flew with it for several days and it was 18 until today, stayed 18 for a couple calls, then finally became 30 and later the health dropped to 1217

Bermag, I tried a few of my older Probots and asked a few of my customers. All Probots with at least one combat module and Armour converted correctt to CL30 for them. So the conversion seems to work ok.

The only Probot I know that went down to 108 was a pre publish 7 from Zandabar, now that one is toast and replaced with a new one.

So from what I can tell it all worked how it should have in the Datapad conversion of the droid control devices.

I stall have everyone of my droids at Class 18. I have no idea what to do. Would submitting a ticket do anygood or are they just going to tell me they were made wrong?

If you have a droid with CL 18 in your datapad it is for sure pre pub 18 and you will have to call it twice before the settings in your datapad change to the new values. (Tried it now (with friends) on 20 droids, always worked correct and gave the expected result CL1 for Droids without Armour and Combat modules and CL30 for Armour Level 6 (and Or enough Combat Modules). Also had two droids convert to vales in between (DZ 70 to CL 15, also correct as it had no Armour and only two not high end Combat Modules - really one of my earlier ones) and an old Probot to CL25.

However, if you had a CL30 converting to CL1 that is weird, because that should be a newly crafted Droid with just Droid Armour Level 6 but no combat Module.

Well all my uitility droids went to CL1 like they were supposed to. My probot seems to be stuck at 18 though no matter how many times I call him. I haven't bothered to take my harvesting droid out since USING A DROID TO HARVEST RESULTS IN LESS RESOURCES GATHERED, NOT MORE.

They really made a mess of droids. I can't believe it got pushed to live like this. It was trash on test center and it is trash on live.

I'd definitely bug that. But like Drashk said, we're not seeing that as a whole.

Exact same thing happened to me. The probot was purchased about four months ago and was made as part of a custom order with 5 combat modules. Now worthless, and of course no response from two different customer service tickets. I bugged it, but doubt that it will make any difference at all.
