Heya, all...
It's that time again. Please post your suggested question here and we'll work on narrowing down the list.
If you see a question asked that already covers yours,please try not to repeat it (i.e. I'm looking for each question to be unique instead of 50 questions about Droid Batteries, for example).
Note: Huge diatribes or rants will be not be acceptable, so please try to have your suggested question get straight to the heart of the issue on which you want an answer. Putting forth a question withrespect and insight will give it the best chance of a good answer.
Example question: "The DE community and non-DEs alike feel that naming ALL droids is an important aspect of their use. They make droid's a personal thing (as they should be). Can we get the naming of ALL droids to be a priority for work before the release of Space?"
Edit: Well, folks...this got pushed back a week so TH & Co. can focus on the Jedi publish(es). I guess that's good cause I don't feel like we had our question(s) ready yet. (06/22/04)

Q: Is it possible to have the stats of the Droid deed "translated" properly, so that potential customs will not be confused, as in regards to CR, DP and such? Not many people are keen on guessing, and not every DE would know of the answers (if they don't read the forums that is) if asked about it. CH and BE pets/deeds don't have their stats mystified and secret.

Here's an odd question:
Is the 'Column Formation' command supposed to work on droids that have been 'friended' to you?
For example - I was out with 2 people's Probots, an R3, and my own Probot, all had the same column formation voice command, when I gave it only my own obeyed. The others would obey their stay attack follow commands.
In a related topic, was it intentional to give people you have 'friended' your droid to access to the 'transfer' command? I tried to give my own Probot to a friend and accidentally gave him somebody's R3 as well. /boggle

Two of the most annoying problems DE face are in "Conversation" droids (LE, Protocol, Surgical). We are unable to name a Conversation droid, and Storage modules do not function in the Surgical Chassis. Are fixes for these issues possible and/or in the pipeline?

Publish 8 gave DEs some great new utility modules. One of these modules, the structure maintenance module, has a major bug that renders the droid useless if triggered. We have irate droid customers posting on our boards every day about this bug. Is there any way to fix this before the space expansion? How difficult would this be to fix?

I'll just throw this one out there...
Are there any plans for giving a use to the data modules aside from the rather limited use of storing factory schematics?
This module has great potential (I know I've seen quite a few possible uses mentioned here before) and it would be nice to know if we can pretty much forget about it or if something might happen.

Well ok then, if the Storage Module one wasn't good, here comes my favorite...
