Thread: DEers, What items did you craft, while you were Engineering IV?

I mean, you all went thru this, to get to DE.
So, you got all those Harvest Deeds to craft, BUT, they don't actully give GXP, but Structual XP instead.
The other BIGGIE was Bone Armor Plate, so did you craft that mainly, or what else did you craft as much?

I didn't have any bone/hide so I just crafted a lot of Specialized crafting tools 
68xp / tool with 24 metal and 10 chemical. Made 430 of those stupid thingies, with pratice

Same here, crafted repeatedly the weapon and droid crafting tool..I think that this one prolly gives more xp..in few days you should lvl up.

Engineering IV => Novice DE took me 1 day
Played from 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM with breaks every hour
Made 36 tools every 50mins.. (average)
Make sure you get Blueprints II after that one. Droid Chassis's are the best (150 steel / 70 fiber)
Don't forget to take break's. Getting RSI isn't gonna help to get Master DE

ya.. i think it took me about 3-4 hours of streight crafting by crafting droid and armor toolkits...

One thing, survey tools. Only need one type metal and 4 clicks.

I switched between crafting tools and mineral survey tools. The crafting tools give more XP but require 2 types of resources. If I had the chemicals, I'd do crafting tools.

The backpacks you get at DA IV are pretty good too. Save the good ones with 4 'slots' to sell.

I'm only 1000 xp away from novice and I've been crafting bone armor. Because of a bug my cloak disappeared so I crafted a suit of bone armor to wear lol, and since then I've just crafted bone armor leggings and chest plates.

I crafted armor crafting stations, took only 3 hours, so thats not bad.

Well back when the Weapon Powerups gave 4 xp per resource I did those. Survey devices are OK too cause they are quick to click on just metal. But best bet I say is Bone Armor Chestpiece. Its not hard to get Bone and Hides, just unequip your weaopon before requesting mishes and bingo - the terminal realizes you are an Engi-Gimp and gives you mishes you can actually complete (only if you reequip you weapon before doing the mish)
