Have you looked at the planned modules? Four. Three of which can be bought once, like all other droid stuff, and the fourth will most likely be a novelty item only to avoid being 'overpowered' (exploding droid).
No. Not really. The "Droid Invasion" is Publish 7, and they'd said it would go live on Tuesday. They're probably not working the weekend, so they have Monday to polish it up before it goes live.

The theme for publish 7 is the "Droid Invasion". The theme for Publish 8 is "Droids Rebuilt". So, technically, the droid invasion is complete once Publish 7 goes live.

Correct, the entire Droid Evasion is complete on tuesday. The Weird Droids for Once In A While is coming in Pub 8. Now that we're all clear....

So, we're only seeing some of the full list of changes in P7.
It may be a 2-publish set of changes, but this Publish is entitled "Droid Invasion". That's a huge overstatement. TK, I know you're trying your best to keep a positive spin on things, but their "Droid Invasion" is misleading, at best.
They're making it much harder to make less effective droids (at least in what their role is/was currently) andthey're rendering almost completely useless any Probots made pre-patch.
If they're going to do similar things with Publish 8 (supposedly titled "Droids Rebuilt"), I'm not sure how much longer I'll be sticking around.
Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, and the Droids are the ones getting Invaded? /shrug

With this being a retroactive change to Probots, is this the final end of the Pre-Nerf (thats the nerf before this one) Probot?

Yup...but we all know it wouldn't be the first time. By way of example, my Live toon has never been scanned since the start of the Imperial Crackdown. I've logged to TC a total of about 5 times (3 in the last 36 hours) and I got scanned once already.
