I was just wondering if anyone has discussed the possibility of hiding the contraband on droids. If this would increase chance of beating the scan or not. If so, then my price just doubled for simple mse with 10 item storage

Of course, while stored, you cannot equip your uber armor or weapons. Meaning that when it's time to go out in the field again, buffs will be required.

Anyone take in account that the Imps probably have scanners? Remember Episode 4 when the Imps took the scanning equipment on board the Falcon to scan for 'contraband'? I seriously doubt a search means a pat-down.

I was wondering the exact same thing! If we can store all contraband in a droid, that would rock! One set of armor in a simple MSE droid with lvl 6 storage module, one more droid for spice, one more for weapons, etc etc. I suppose we will have to wait and see how the troopers actually inspect people? Good question.

Ok the question still stands, can someone confirm on the TC whether a droid holding contraband and stored in your datapad avoids the Imp scanners or not.
Specifically spice, and sliced itemscould be hidden here. IF it does work then this could be a great boost to the DE community. Well a few more sales anyway.
Can anyone confirm ?

ROFL well if it does scan a droid in the datapad then it would be the first attention droids have got from dev since beta.
Give them an ata boy

From my (admittedly limited) reading, if the imps stop you, you're gonna get bounced off your swoop and scanned. Maybe I'm wrong, but I suspect it's gonna be VERY tough to avoid 'em.

I have read the same reports as well. And I get the same impression.

This doesn't answer the question though.
Oh, and I suggest a price of no less than 25,000 for an MSE (more for other droids) with item storage after this. Trust me, they sold before just because of death-decay. They'll go like mad after this.
