I was talking to a customer last night and found that there is a place to get 110 rated creature harv R3's south of Coronet for around 60k. I make max HAM 104's and regularly sell them for 90k < sold 2 last night> I think I will lower my prices if this information is true, I don't feel right charging so much for a product that isn't the best. Can anyone confirm this?

I know Delos has gotten to 114 but in limited amounts. I hadn't heard anyone having 110's.

Check the Naritus Trade Forums... Delos was able to get some exceptional success's and made one +114 Harvest Droid using the Oni Steel. He describes exactly how he does it in the auction post. I think he later got a +105 and a +107 too.

But there arent any +110 Harvest droids that I have seen in South Coronet. I talk to a bunch of the DEs regually down there and all I have seen are the +104s for around 50k. Honestly tho if you can sell em for 90K more power too you. It definitely is hard to find an equilibrium for droid prices.

Well prices on servers vary, but on Scylla I sell my +107's for 75k Made a factory run so have lots of them.

My pricing is pretty standard, 15k for the advanced R3 chasis, 10k per module (6) = 75k

If they are selling, don't sweat it.

What's Delos forum name? Or could you post the link to how he made that awesome harvest module?

Delos' forum name is Novarider. He used Chef food and was in a Town with the Scientific benefit (I believe this was all he did).

You can't possibly take materials that would normally give you a 104 rating with great results and magically get 114 getting several amazing results.

What were the stats on this Oni steel that he used ? Was this steel different than the stuff that was making the 104's ? The resource mix had to be different to go from a high of 104 to a 114. Materials still have caps associated with them even with amazing results.

Now Oni is a bit better than the usual stuff. It's the best steel that's ever spawned on Naritus server, but when I used it in conjunction with the best copper that has ever spawned on the server, I was still only able to make a 17 quality module. I did some tests and found that even if you max out all the boxes in a component, you sometimes get a better percentage, even if you use the exact same materials.

For instance let's say I'm making a module and it takes Oni and Fefoer. I combine it and you see the little boxes that you can use your expirement points on. You do all your experimenting and all of the boxes were filled in and you ended up with a 93% item.

Then you go back and make another of the same thing, and you again use Oni and Fefoer, but this time when you finish expirementing you end up with a 96% item.

Hello everyone,

my forum name is Erillion.

Delos Stardust is the Master DE. Novarider is Master Architect (best architect of Naritus May 2004 NUNA awards :-) ... Novarider is NOT my forum name.

I think you are looking for this thread:

http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=naritus_trade&message.id=58507

and this information:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Greetings Naritus,

I am proud to announce that Cybot Galactica is able to offer a new breakthrough in droid engineering - one advanced R3 droid with 6 harvesting modules

total harvest rating of 114

to our best knowledge this improves the previous Naritus record by + 10 (!!) points and pushes us on the forefront of droid manufacturers in the multiverse.

And you can aquire this exceptional piece of workmanship ! Starting bid is 100 k, bid increases by 10 k, auction runs until Thursday (no fixed end time to prevent sniping - I end it when its appropriate). Winner gets the droid from our special order vendor in LoknLoad.

Delos Stardust, Master Droid Engineer, Cybot Galactica Droids - leading the pack

/technical details for my fellow DEs ... used Oni (darn rare stuff) and Lufini and Grikobium, used crafting food, tapes and DE belt for +1 ex point, in a research center city (LoknLoad), got lucky with exceptional successes that raised rating from 104 to 114. Will try to do it again - wish me luck :-) If anyone has +2 ex points, we may even go higher than 114 !

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cake was a +12 assembly

Port was a +9 experimentation (we have at least 20 % better food now these days .. I used what I had in store)

"exceptional" should read "amazing"

Stats of resources can be found on swgcraft.com

And here is a report from the new owner:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Delos,

An excellent droid! As a Master Ranger with a +100 Creature Harvest rating it was quite diificult finding a droid with a high enough rating to make it worth the expense/effort to use it when powerharvesting.

I've done a little testing and it appears that it adds between 6% and 8% increase to harvests, both with veghash and without, and with a +100 droid it was giving around 3% increase. It was quite impressive to use the new droid and get 170 units of hide off of a giant crystal snake.

Also Delos - I've got 1k of some oni steel for you. Give me a shout ingame and let's work out a deal.

Cheers,
Drala

Having aquired more Oni I am confident to be able to offer more 114 droids soon.

have fun

Ahh .. forgot one thing :

I think the trick is the assembly ... you usually max out experimentation, but a "perfect" assembly (helped by + 12 cake) can push you higher .. and that has happened here.

I am gradually going up as standard from 103 to 104 (that was a plateau). Now its 105 to 107, with spikes up to 110. And the highest was 114. Problem was that I was working with scraps of Oni (below 200 units ). After the new copper and gas has spawned , rating was going up (although similiar copper and gas already existed to my knowledge).

Now I have more Oni to work with and schematics make sense now.

Have fun

Ok, I have checked all the resources you used on Narturius and my materials appear to be a bit better overall on all qualities. I still can't seem to get anything better whether I experiment 1 box at a time or if I just experiment all boxes at once. I always end up with 88% for a final product whether I get no amazing results or if I get 3 amazing results.

My skills are +129 Droid Assembly and +121 Droid Experimentation. I am at a 40.2 Droid Craft station in a Research Center. Now I didn't use any foods to help out, but I thought your skills were maxed at +125 anyway ? I still don't understand what your doing to get your overall % experimentation any better while doing the experimentation.

I am at at 43.19 % station .. but I do not think that is the deciding factor.

I crafted between 200 and 300 modules by hand (most are 17, 3 combined are 52 ... without using food).

Forget experimentation .. we all max out there .. concentrate on assembly ... and eat some cake :-)

Have fun
