Hey what is the highest "creature harvest bonus" possible on a harvest module? I used some pretty good resources and I was able to experiment it to 17...is that decent? This is for one module, not a cluster or finished droid.

we got 18 last night, and that was 83% so I think 20 is the max.

Best I have been able to do is 17 so far. Put 6 of em together for 102. People seem happy with it. I have heard of people with 20 altho I have not seen them. I'm sure it could be easily done with extremely hi quality resources. Most of my stuff is 875+. I'm sure a oq/co 1000 would pop out some 20s.

im making some +18's.... so 6 in a R3 is 108%
I cant seem to find any better gas over 870 to raise my modules to +19 or 20
but im using 1k con/990 oq copper, but its everything else thats keeping me down ![]()

The max appears to be 20. I'm having trouble seeing how anybody could do that though because it seems that you would need steel with 900+ overall quality and 900+ conductivity. 900+ OQ steel is easy for me to aquire, but I have never seen steel with a conductivity higher than 600.
I'm at a loss on how to max these out because of that.

I believe Beroe steel is better than 600 CON. It's available on Wanderhome, altho it is highly priced. Most people sell it for 10-12 cpu.

I have some steel that is 642 Conductivity. Not exactly sure the name. But, even this only allows me to experiment on the module up to 60% or something, and I use the other materials which are above 990 Conductivity. I get Harvest Rating of 17 with this.

I get 17. something for a R3 with 103 rating. That's all I can get. The 'gate' on this module is really the CON of the steel involved.
I tested with598 approx con steel with 944 con/954 oq copper, and 999 oq inert. Got 17. Used 514 oq inert and got the same result
Did another test with approx 620 steel and put in 514 oq inert. Result was 17 as well. When I hit it with 999 oq, I actually got 1-2 percentage eff better (display of 17 though, still)
For me, the steelcon is the big problem. I wish I could hit 18, but without finding 999 con copper, I think I'm pretty hosed.

Max I have gotten on an R3 was 108. Usually is 106 or 107 though...

I made some +19 modules that combined into +57 clusters, and +115 in the final droid.
I used copper with oq & cd both over 980, steel with oq 854 and cd 650, and gas iwth oq 875. I believe I got extremely lucky on the assembly, and put all points into the bar at once and got an amazing. This gave me a +17 with 3 points left, got it up to 19.

I think you get the trophy then. I can't seem to get anything over +18. If +20 is the best possible, I guess I will settle for +18 for the time being. Not too shabby considering it needs steel that has high COND which is almost impossilbe to find.

Finding a Steel with high CD just won't happen anytime soon. Each type of metal has caps or bonuses to different stats, so that Steels match a certain profile, Coppers another, etc.
I am currently using what swgcraft listed as the best CD/OQ steel ever on Bloodfin, plus a very High OQ gas and the Best CD/OQ copper I own atm. I get 17rated modules, but everyone needs to note that these modules are fractional and the fractions add up instead of disappear. 17+17+17=51, but in a CCSM I get 52. I think this is a normal bonus to certain modules given by the CCSM, since I see it in my combat models too. Then 52+52=104, but my final rating comes out to 105. There are hidden values being tracked and added through the crafting process, so be picky about your resource and you experimentation.
As an aside, isn't it great to be a DE and have thing where experimentation really MATTERS now?

I have a lot of steel in the 600 conductivity range (with 600ish OQ as well), but that is not enough to do any better than 17 it seems. my 900 OQ steel is actually worse because its conductivity is like only 100.
