Actually, it is the last one out of the crate. And if you have crates that have only one to start, it will not have the new HAMs
On a related subject, I have 5-6 crates of probots made on the first day after P7. These are PERFECT 3200 HAM, CR 550s!

Yes, the HAM is. On Pre-publish 7 models, most of them (the firstor last out of the crate occasionally doesn't update - I assume this has to do with the "mini-factory" system we now know crates use). This is easy to tell though since it's listed on the deed (and how I discovered this in the first place)
However, here's the catch, and I didn't know it when I originally posted this - the droids do NO damage. They don't have a damage rating - only speed. Obviously this is because the system sees that it has no combat modules.
Since mine had item storage, at least it's a tank that can hold items.
Publish 7 combat droids that have combat ratings retain that rating AND get new HAM. I have a ton of LE's with like 290 combat ratings from one of my first runs of combat droids that had like 2200 HAM, and when popped out of crates now they have 5800 HAM and the same damage. I had a ton of these crates I almost destroyed - glad I didn't.
I changed my prices to reflect this as soon as I realized that the Probots did no damage, but the LE's make great mid-level droids for people that can't afford my phatted-out combat models so I am pricing them not at bargain but still lower than normal prices.

Deeds OUT of the crate don't get a HAM boost. I think they get the benefit of the new combat rating and damage calculation, but their ham is unchanged.
1691 HAM, 392 Combat Rating, just like before. Rats.
