Sounds about right...I've been selling them for 1500 each on the bazaar occasionally, but then usually givea discount for bulk, so 25k-30k sounds about right...but hey, look around in your area and see if anyone else is selling them! If not, monopoly power baby!

But in all fairness...1k to 2k seems to be the going rate in my neck of the woods.

hmmm, was selling mine for 750 each, then got told they were going for 5k on the Bazaar. Dropped about 20 on the Bazaar @4500 a piece, and they sold well. My vendor though, got cleaned out. Repriced them to 95k a crate of 25 and have since sold 8 in 3 hours.

I feel dirty about the prices......but rich non the less

I've been selling for 3k each - started at 750cr originally - and my vendor was cleaned out.
And a guy's just put an order in for 80 of them...

let's hope people don't read these threads to see how much % profit we make on them...

As a new pilot, I know y'all need to make money. But some of us new guys did not want make millions on the ground game and cannot spend 5k on a chip - especially if you need 4-5 just to get started.

Why not price them based on the resources used like other professions? especially since I assume quality resourses don't mean anything and you can run them in factories. As a poor player, I am beginning to see the benifit of goverment controlled pricing over the free market.

Trying not to sound cold, but what is 4 or 5k, really?

You pay 15k for a buff that lasts around 3 and a half hours.
in those 3 and a half hours, even as a novice profession, you can make anywhere from 30 to over 1 million credits in that time doing running missions from an improved job market time.

so, 4 or 5 is typically a single mission or less.

No profession bases price on resources used, at least not primarily. Mainly prices are dependent on supply and demand. In this case demand is high (for new products, this is always the case at the beginning) and supply is low. There aren't many DE's around. If you can't keep them in stock, you raise prices, it's the nature of the economy.

If we DE's do that, then someone comes along ang buys out your entire stock. 1 hour later you see your own product on the Bazaar for 5 or 6 times your cost, and they are selling well!
