max out the charges and then use whats left into power, the power on these adds vertually nothing to the overall power of your buff/stim.

With the current best resources I have I'm making 11/22. I'm one of the doctors who think the small reduction in power is insignificant compared to getting 30ish uses from a buffpack.

My 17/23 is with 100% amazing successes, but I just experiment once on charges then once on power... then wait to have an amazing success in both.

Nope, you just experiment the whole bar at once... It's much better in the end than just doing one or two at a time with two amazing successes per bar, which takes forever to achieve anyway.
