Even at 18k per buff pack (for 930+ power x 3 hours), you can easily double your money.
However, I'ma miner for income.I still cannot seem to make good buff packs in bulk.
Quickly!! Scrape together some money and buy a set of buff packs.. The head to Endor and buff at the cloner..
Price them right for your server and you should have enough to buy three more sets in an hour..
Rinse.. and repeat..
check the trade forum for your galaxy. There's usually people advertising.
Next bet, is to do Ctrl-V and over on the right side there's a section for Vendors. Look for a Tailor and go shopping. Downside here is, you run into a lot of empty/poorly stocked vendors.
Last...worst case is remove everyone from your ignore list and go to Coronet and walk around reading the spam and triggering the barker droids.

You're not going to find it on the bazaar...you'll have to seek out a master tailor for it who is buying BE produced synthetic cloth of the right type for it. Generally, these articles of clothing sell for 30-50k to get a full +25wount treatment bonusitem or set of items. I've got a +25wound treatment medical smock, and some in the teens rated thin striped pants and a desert command jacket that worn together max out my BE enhanced clothing bonus, which is capped at +25.
Well i tried buffing the public and didnt like it,i am a master tka tho so i just hunted enraged rancors on dath for 38k or so a pop.
When i needed cash for some resources i hunted,until i made my first 50 crates of packs,was like 863 power,21 uses,2 1/2 hours.Sucked according to what i make now but i made some cash on them and allways hunted my own avian at first and herb.
I have a nice bank account now but if a nice shift of anything spawns i am on it,saves a lot of money.
Oh strange tho i only bought one single pack and it really sucked,i got ripped off but it was only 5k or something,i didnt even buy every stat just one.
I allways made my own,even if they wasnt superior they kept me hunting.
I have done quite well buying and selling goods. I find a resource on someone's vendor @3cpu and I know some guy on the trade forum is offering 5cpu I would buy it and then go sell it to him. Or find on the Bazaar components for weapons, med stuff, clothes and then sell those for a profit.
Mind you I had experience playing lots of classes in the hologrind and so I was aware of which items are used by which professions and which stats mattered most.

Just want to point out to Zarx his wording is confusing.
"You can generally find buff packsfor a good bit less than 10K a set. I sell mine as a crate of 5 with 29 uses/895 power for 800K. That's a 145 buffs ~ 5.5K a set. If you charge 10K for a buff (which I think is reasonable) then you're looking at 1.45 million and 650K profit. In reality, you're probably going to use some buffs on yourself and friends and guildies etc. But you should easily be able to make 500K profit"
Crate of 5 @ 29 uses @ 800k for the crate = 5.5k per buff pack charge
But a set of 6 stats = 800k x 6 = 4.8 million
Buffing for 10kper set of 6 stats = 1.45 million
Buffing for 20k per set of 6 stats = 2.9 million
Um... you can't even buy the buff pack set in the first place. Unless you mean to say you're selling a set of all 6 stats buffpacks in 5 unit crates at 800k, in which case you are charging 133,333cr per crate of 5, or 919cr/charge.
