ok i know i posted before asking about my droid's battery. welli had some bonus time to mess around in game so i decided to try to break my droid.
for those of you who don't know, since they "revamped" the amount of power consumption in all droids, my droid has NOT dropped below 75%. but unlike other people, my droid still works. naturally i want to see if this is a temp thing or if i try something will it change? this is what i tried
1) left it set for 30 mins
2) reprogrammed everything
3) renamed the droid
4) programmed it back
5) used all the commands on it
6) ran around coronet having it follow me ... idk if any of u saw me
7) messed with the inventorry, filled it, emptied it
8) stored and called it a bunch of times, some withinventory some without
9) let it sit for another hour or so
STILL NO BATTERY CHANGE, and I can still heal wounds and buff people when he's nearby
what i havent done:
recustomized him ... he's still pretty!
recharged him ... why would i do that?
all hail debian, the uber r4 med droid!
When your droid has been killed as many times as mine then lets talk about droid worship.
Adv MSE are the almighty droids.

Power still runs out as normal, but it just displays it at 75%.

Can anyone else attest to that? My med droid hasn't required a recharge after dozens of buffs and crafting. And yes, it still shows 75% battery power. I hope the "Low Power" isn't bugged too. Though I would guess it would be easy to tell if the droid doesn't work when your buffs are lower than normal. (If you're paying attention that is. lol)

to my dismay, i must report, after weeks of sitting at 75%, my droid stopped working last night. sure enough....
it still read 75% though, we'll see how it goes from here on out

Wow, weeks instead of hours. I think the devs went a wee bit too far adjusting the timers on droid battery life. LOL Not to mention they didn't check it on TC before it went live.... Poor TC testers, how can they know it works if the devs don't tell them the new battery life?

Barker droids will not drain their batteries if you are not standing near them.
Drop it in a location and then leave. Come back 6 mths later it will still be going as long as server does not reset.
I hvae used a Barkerdroid for over a month now and never have had to recharge it.
