Thread: resource requirments for new meds..for those thinking of doing BE crafting
And off to AH to talk to a guy below a bridge.
Not only did they destroy many months of scouting and surveying work invested by us docs to get our resources - on top we get the task to scout and survey for like 3 dozen new resources that are even harder to get. I'm already spending a couple hours a week only to scout and survey - I'm not spending 24/7 only to keep track of my resources.
This is the final nail into the coffin. If this isn't changing I'm out - definitely. Sorry, but SOE devs are truly on crack. We don't take one for the team - we get f'-ed in the ass big time. At this moment I can't express my disgust in words.
Is this the 'thank you' we get?

I agree 100%, not only are the resource requirements insane, but they have removed most of what we needed before. I like many here have tons of tat fiber(not used) Lok WW(not used), Dolovite(not used), only thing they kept is avain and reactive.
They have taken our buffs, our crafting and now our resources away....all with 1 month notice. I can say that I will be dropping one account for sure with the CU, but most likely both.
I would like to thank SOE, I was addicted to this game for over a year, now it looks like you helped me finally stop.

Just don't panic. I'm not a doc or be but common sense tells me these changes are too hard on crafters and I'm on a mission to help you out. So are many others. Hope you'll be reading some good patch notes soon!

I'm an 12pt armorsmith, I've collected resources for 16 months and I can honestly say these changes are hard stuff. Still early in beta though.
If they want to make crafting more accesible to new players they might wanna ease down on the resource requirements instead on shifting around stat requirements and making it harder.
