Thread: +25 Wound Treatment Speed Tapes

I have plus 20, but havent noticed any differnce yet. Wanted to know if anyone else had the +25 cap, and if they worked with increase in buffing speed.

Here is what I could find in the link provided. From the sounds of it they should work, however, I have never tried. Havla is your friend. I have tried it and "wow", thats all I can say.



Other Medic and Doctor Related Skill Mods



  • Injury Treatment
  • Injury Treatment Speed
  • Wound Treatment
  • Wound Treatment Speed
  • Medical Foraging

All of the above skill mods appear to work, however Medical Foraging is a skill that had its purpose changed during beta and while it does still work, it is now for the most part a nearly useless skill. It would probably be best just to remove Medical Foraging from the list of possible mods for skill modded items, or at least an effort should be made to avoid putting Medical Foraging as a skill mod on any future quest reward items.

The speed tapes do work. I have a +1 tape in one of my clothing items, and my buffing macro only works if I'm wearing it. Even with only +1 I was able to use a shorter pause in between buffs in the macro. Wound Treatment and Injusry Treatment tapes also work, but they count toward the same +25 cap as BE enhanced clothes, so they are pretty much worthless.

Look at the date of that guide We know a lot more about skill tapes now.

i thought speed was capped out at +100 so even if u got an extra 20 i wouldn't make a difference

Well its kinda a mute point with the new food out. THat allows you to buff back to back for lik 28 uses or something

Oh, not a mute point at all. The food is great but it has high filling factor so you can only buff a few folks before your belly is full. Tapes on the other hand would not suffer this issue.
