I think Havla is bugged. It seems to only give half the listed heals at reduced time. Like if the food reduces time for the next 26 heals, it seems to only work for 13 heals before it wears off Given the filling, it won't be as bad when it is fixed. But now, around 33 filling for 13 heals isnt that great (except when buffing myself heh)

Plus remember that Havla only works when it is 100% or better.. Unless they fixed it.. Does anyone have any experience with sub 100% Havla?

98 havla didn't do anything for me.

You know when they first did the chef revamp I could have sworn they worked for me.. but it must have just been wishful thinking..
