I would like to hear any and all experience with issue so I can communicate it to the devs. It wasn't listed in the patch notes and I'm quite sure it's a bug not a new feature, but I want clarification. In order to get clarification, I need more info on whether there is no delay for just a few people, or whether it is everyone, and what the delay is.
I'm not currently in a position to run around testing this, so all help will be appreciated.

As Tenshi said, the /healdamage (and /tenddamage) timers are borked..
when I log on tonight I will do some testing with cure poison/disease (since I have a doc/cm and plan on torturing my guildies
Really nice having that type of speed, but, not very balanced ....
on a side note, I did have to wait a few seconds for multiple poisonchucks so -that- timer seems to be working just peachy.

I distinctly remember hitting my healstate macro (that walks through all the states in order of importance) only once and clearing 3-4 states from one person... instead of having to hit it again for each state like I used to.

Appreciate any effort you put in

I can confirm the comments made by Ariven. I wasted a whole pile of nice stims last night running my heal macro looking to get rid of intimidate ( the last command in the macro is heal). I didn't notice until I went to clear a poison and intimidate and noticed on the screen where I cured a poison, fixed the intimidate and healed myself for 89 health and 124 action (another wasted stim E
) all with one macro use.
hehe, I'll keep a stim B in my regular inventory and hide my Stim Es on the toolbaruntil this gets addressed.

Currently the /healDamage timer and all heals asociated with it are not working. I can toss heals almost as quick as I press the button.

Lol, to be honest on my doc I use a macro... well two... one for healdamage and tenddamage and one for state cures.. both clear combat queue but both have different aims...
Just annoying to have to take tenddamage out of the mix or get heavy mind hits and wounds until this buglet is fixed..

What on Earth are you using /tenddamage for?
I guess for when you run out of Stims?
I use /quickHeal in that event.

I accually don't have a problem healing faster, we are master doctors. we have chosen an non combat template for our prof.
I am a master doc/pistoleer 0444 so i am not going toe to toe with ANY PvP template.
I measure my combat effectivness by how many of my group mates i can send back to the meat grinder.
usually when doing this I dont even use armor, because it only adds a couple extra hits befor i go down(mind pool by the way)
and the armor interfears with how many people i can heal/rez
and why mess with the decay that i cant afford.
it is still a surprise that in the land of space ships and space suits that disease and poison are so effective
in a fight a CM can sit down in a base and pop poison/disease so fast they can target groupmembers they can't even see
and they have such a large area of effect they can affect almost everyone in the base.
* I think a great way to ballance this is if the disease and poison was to affect friends and foe.
I think that would change spray and hope for the best. tech.

I have a master doc/master CM.... I definately have a problem with insta-heals... applying the same logic that was used to cap combat professions at only one special second max, I think that we should have -some- sort of delay... otherwise what is to stop me from running a macro that constantly heals me while being mind buffed? The delay on heals now is none or as close to none as possible to get... not even 1 second delay... successe heals are instant..
As for a CM sitting in base targetting groupmembers they cant see.... well I -wish- I could do that.. but LOS stops me.... unless they are straight out the opening of the base or inside its walls in the courtyard with me I cannot heal them and have to leave the base and approach within danger range to toss a heal... even an area heal... if I area heal inside the base courtyard yes the splash might make it outside,... but not far past the walls and I cannot heal someone who has already been healed up to the max so unless I hire a tumbler ( smile ) I can only heal that way so many times before I have to risk myself again..

You can only carry but so many heals. Eventually you WILL run out.Even if you loaded your whole inventory with Stims .. what do you do then? You can't carry anything else. If someone keeps applying states to you you will burn your kits really quickly. It'd be expensive. And once your mind buffs wear out, you could kill yourself faster than an unbuffed rifleman.
I am enjoying the delay issue. Last night my team was poisoned through base walls. My team was clustered around me so about 13 of the 16 affected were within 6m. I just clicked on each of their names and tapped that /curePoison button. Before the first tick they were all healed.
Yum.
