I just finished Crafting 300 sets of 853 Power buffs with 12.5k Duration, and I was going to try to sell them on a vendor, but that hasn't been working out too well yet. So I have decided to use them to buff the public with, which I used to hate. But now I've been raising my prices, to 20k now and I've been getting a lot of Customers, and other people with substandard buffs are now charging 15k or so. Im hoping to Raise my prices to 25k by next week as people get more used to raising their own prices This is on the Gorath Server by the way. And Since I've got such a large supply of buffs, I can push the other Doctors around if they dont raise their prices, I can lower my prices to 2k and still make a (small) profit. Driving most of the other doc's that wont raise their prices out of Coronet. Im having a fun time doing this. Is this ethical, I dont know, it seems kind of mean, but hey Im a greedy sell out, what do I care?

glad i'm not on gorath, on wanderhome docs charge from 7k-10k(and i think 10k is alot).

Remember there is always a bigger, badder doc around! Instead of charging 20k or 25k for those buffs, why dont you charge 6k-8k? You already said you could make a profit at 2k so charging this amount could only help your rep as a doc and bring in more clients and make some loyal clients? Why does everybody have to be rich to have a good time? You have been playing since launch(assuming you didnt take a break), you should have plenty of credits!

I wish I had plenty of Credits, I've got 100's of millions worth in Items, buff packs, maintenence, Harvestors, houses, vendors, etc. But I only have about 5 million Cash. And trust me, if I could buff 1000 people an hour, I would buff people for 3k, but quite frankly being a TKM; buffing for under 15k, I could make more money running Missions on Dantooine.

I just want a Billion Credits to get my business moving faster, then I will branch ARTAL CORP to different servers. I'll be able to make the Highest quality buffs for very competetive prices, but right now my buffs arent the BEST, they are up in the top 15% with my server, but they are not the best, and therefore do not sell quickly as packs, but as buffs to the public, they are selling very fast

I agree with anyone that says I am greedy. Because quite frankly I am, I want money, Lots of it. I want to get 100 billion credits. Then I want to buy the best skill tapes, best looted weapons, etc etc, and become awesome at PvP.


Many of you will laugh at my dreams, because I will agree with you, they are very unlikely to mature into anything but dreams, but those are my reasons for playing the game.

Thats right, ya can't beat my shiz :-P

heh, nobody really cares much about how high the buffs are, except the PvPers, DwB, and Vette people, and the occasional villiage idiot. Basically anything 2100 and over sells great. Mine being 2300-2500 are usually the best or second best Public buffs (the really good stuff is reserved for guilds etc) Im just trying to improve what a Doctors time is worth.

hmmm that power and duration are pretty average for gorath I use higher ones for duration and i know where to get far better power ones. Duration 890/12k and 930/10.7k or power are what I use.

hell i can still find 9k buffs sometimes even on the most inflated server.
