Thread: SPEED BUFFS?
yes just made some 24 use ones at 4 helpings with my chef 2nd char.
I can buff every 2 seconds with it prolly even 1second actually, funny thing thothe 'you can now treat wounds blah blah message' cant keep up, it comes up like 4 times when you finish as it seems lagged LOL, just watch the flash animation on the patient, soon as the flash goes bang yer next stat its that quick. Our guild CMs tested it, it reduces throw time down to 2 seconds from 4. For us Docs in battle its superb, we can heal poi/dis every second, and buff the troops lightning quick, watch yer mind of course as you can drain it unless buffed/brandied.
Watch the percentage on it tho, it only works at 100% or above at 99 or less its bugged and does nothing. I also tried 105% version against a 101% version seemingly no difference between the two. For those of you doing the buff lines its a must, get some and uber buff, customer wow factor when using this stuff is quite amusing 
for example if you have 24 heals havla... I could only do 12...
anyone know if it is bugged or is it supposed to work that way?

Lol yes..There's a big post about it in the CM forums, last I knew, I'll try and find the link.
if u wanna have the 24 uses - be fast like mad. i buff 4 ppl in a row, 4x 6 buffs, every sec. 1 - then the timers are ok. if u enhance, wait, enhance u only have 12, right. so buff 4 ppl under 30 sec. and u r fine
