Doctor Archive

I can't seem to find any updated character builders, but what is the line that contains the speed buffs, and what are the medic pre-reqs for Doc?

If I recall correctly speed buffs should be xxx4 Doc, and pre-reqs should be 4x4x medic, but like I said I can't seem to find any updated character builders for me to verify that with.
