Every time a player steps in front of me with existing buffs my macro starts buffing stats in random order and refuses to buff some stats altogether. Anyone have any clue how to fix this? Isnt there a command to disable overbuffing? so you dont buff over peoples current buffs? My macro will hit some stats twice others not at all and in a total random order if they have existing buffs! What the hecks going on? this is brand new with the last patch

There is no problem you need to use /enhanceheal (stat) not just /enhanceheal by itself. So for example. its /enhanceheal action; is what the action buff should read. i use this when buffing people and have no issues with buffing. And this will work to overwrite the players buff. Most players will want a complete new buff anyhow.

i use a macro that reads as follows

/healenhance health

/pause 10

/healenhance action

/pause 10

/healenhance strength

/pause 10

/healenhance quickness

/pause 10

/healenhance constitution

/pause 10

/healenhance stamina

/pause 10

The macro works fine on people without buffs. the problem is if they have existing buffs for some reason the order of the buffs changes and it gives error messages like "the person has no stat that you can enhance" and does the same buff multiple times. example, buffs action, says they have no stat i can enhance, rebuffs action, buffs stamina, buffs quickness, then rebuffs stamina. its obviously wildly bugged and there is no answer ingame, the macro ran fine prior to the patch.

Great news. So buff bots arn't working 100% anymore. It's about timeSOE makes the/joincommand only usable through GUI interaction too.

Yup.....the easiest solution to a broken buff macro.......don't use it. That's the one complaint I've never had, "my macro doesn't work", 'cause I put my buffs in my toolbar, and hit 6 buttons, one at a time. Gee......tough.

No need to get abusive. Just do it like Twitchie suggested, put the packs in your toolbar and click them manualy.

clicking them manually is fine if you like to sit hunched over the computer. i like to be able to buff somebody with a single button push.

I suspect that you are using this macrofor an automatic buff bot though.

buff bots are fine if done right. like uncut crack, we have become dependent on buffs so having a bot that is always around is a good thing.

And that's different from grinding out a combat prof.........how? It's a computer game, you're supposed to push some buttons. Macros are kindof screwed right now anyway, with the lag being so bad. Tweak it, they'll patch the lag, spend an hour or two testing again.....nuts to that. I'll just keep pushing my 6 buttons, thanks.
