maybe he isnt a buff bot? i mean, how much room do buff bots need on their toolbar? well if he's a buff bot he can just put them in the toolbar slots and run a macro that uses each slot in turn...
maybe he is like me and would rather have a macro that does it for him than buff wait 6 seconds buff wait 6 seconds (or if re-applying have to actually go into your inv and find the buffs as you dont have room on your toolbar for that, some people dont just sit around and buff as docs you know)
I dont have a problem with people sitting in cnet buffing but by God you certianly cant say people like me arent doctors

Well not to rain on your parade or not sure if you can't put them in but if you didn't put in the semi-colon's it will not work properly. As for the macro. it works correctly when its properly formatted. I tested my own on an overbuff and a reapply. the Null on the reapply is the only thing out of order. regardless if its used in a buffbot or not is irrelivent. the portion i see quoted above is the same i use and with the semi-colons placed correctly and at 8 seconds even, it works great. If you need help writing it correctly or have question send me a tell ingame i'll help ya.
don't require semi-colons if you star a new line. The majority of my shortmulti-line macros don't use semi-colons and they all work, all the time. Semi-colons are needed for you use the single line method for long macro types, in my experience anyways.

I noticed the same problem with my buff macro this morning. I use a similar macro using the healenhance stat format. I also keep my buffpacks on a toolbar so I can easily see when I run out of one. I just like using the macro so Idon't have to keep track of where I am. I am not a buffbot and do not sit in starports doing buff lines. I've been a master doc for over a year and much prefer healing in the field. I set up the macro months ago which also tells people, by name, that their buff is starting. I'm usually buffing groupmates before going out on a hunt whenthere's a lot going on. With the macro I get their attention so they're less likely to wander off and just have to hit one button and can continue getting ready or chatting with groupmates about the upcoming hunt. A quick glance at my spatial to doublecheck that all stats were buffed and they're all set.
The problem I had this morning was that on several people it skipped stamina and applied action twice. Seems like it would take a serious bug to apply the wrong stat when I'm using the specific command for each stat. Everyone I buffed was unbuffed as it was first thing this morning so it's not just a problem with overbuffing. I did rebuff myself as I was using bivoli which I hadn't bothered with earlier and when I overbuffed myselfI also got the message that I had no such stat to enhance or something to that effect. When I applied the buffs from the toolbar they worked just fine. The macro had worked fine earlier this morning when I buffed myself the first time.
The point of this thread is not whether or not there's a valid reason for using buff macros or how to make them work but why are they suddenly not working after they've been working just fine for months. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I wonder if it has something to do with the reports i am hearing of people being able to buff with no timers. I have done it myself. on occaision its like i'm using havla but with no timers period. you can buff all six stats in a row no timers involved. They could be related. Anyone else seeing this one?
