Had a real sad experience this evening.

In a med. center filled with medics/doctors, not a single one was interested in healing wounds. It was so much easier to heal the two tumblers in there.

Well, I guess u have to get your own Herb. meat coz I can't get it anymore. Too many wounds.

You can put this on the top of "The state of the profession"

Did you ask someone to heal you or did you just sit there?

I personally dont /diagnose everyone in the room, but I will keep an eye out for someone asking for a heal.

Another thing is that when they are tumbling, many don't carry wound packs on them, especially if they are just grinding medic or doctor.

Don't be discouraged by one bad experience, selling herb meat is a great help to doctors, and you can make a ton of moeny doing it. Keep it up

I personally dont agree with tumbling, so if I find that a medic is neglecting other patients for a tumbler, i *help* the tumbler with his action costs out: a 2200 3 hour quickness enhancement, FREE!!!!

that gets the medic healing wounds again. And all that comes out of it is a hate for me

EDIT: Stay in school, and learn to speak : )

Out of curiosity, why the hate for tumblers? I don't agree with ignoring the wounded to tend to the tumbler... but I leveled doc using two guildmates who tumbled for me for two straight hours. We did it on the top floor of the med center though, away from the main room. It's a wonderful way to get medical xp, and I know that if a doc came along and buffed the quickness of my tumblers to keep me from getting xp, I'd be pretty ticked off too. I justcan't see the logic of this.

The only time I've ever thought about quickness buffing tumblers is when I stop by Coronet med center. I like to save my wounds and bf til I get somewhere where people need the experience so I haven't healed at all for awhile. I go in and see people sitting around, non-afk, healing tumblers while I sit there. I shout something like "lots of wounds...good for medics" and still nothing happens.

It's just ignorant to sit there and not even bother healing anything. If nothing else go to the top floors of the med centers or somewhere outside since you're not doing anyone a favor but the tumbler you've hired.

....ok, i feel better

I always did my tumbler healing well out of the way of most folks. What really drove me insane was when we got discovered by another aspiring doc, and he sat there and ninja healed my tumblers for about ten minutes before I finally got him to go away. He was an idiot anyway though... the kind of guy who puts up a random red crystal for sale on the trade forum claiming that he has an in game offer of 3.5 million credits. /rolleyes

I do think thatdocs who sit on the main floor of the med center should make wound healing their first priority, and tumblers should stick to the other floors. Just my opinion.

I healed tumblers for most of medic, but not doc. I always kept an eye out for wounds, though, since I knew those gave a better 2.5:1 ratio for xp, rather than whatever the crap is for regular healing. Any medic/doctor/CM who's grinding and ignores wounds is just stupid. I like to save my wounds, just like the other person who posted, so they can get others xp, even though I can easily heal my own. It gets old seeing all the ones just focusing on the tumblers, so whenever anyone actually heals my wounds, I'm more than happy to be very generous with tipping them. I don't care if people heal tumblers, but when they neglect one of the primary functions of their profession, it's just ridiculous.

I *think* the tumble deal will be taken out soon. I have a character on Test Center but I don't remember exactly what it said. It's just a vague memory. Would anyone else happen to know anything about this?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience... I reserve judgment on tumbling for grinding (though the spam in med centres can irritate the hell out of me), but people healing a tumbler rather than your wounds must really suck.

Remember, not all docs/medics are like this. Many of us love being in the profession and do try to be as supportive as possible... and people who supply herb/avian meat are too precious to lose!!!

Isn't the next patch making it so special costs no longer take damage away, but the whole bar down? You know, so it can't be healed? If that's so... goodbye to tumbling

I used tumbling for the upper half of medic, but everything else I did the ole fashioned way.
