I made a rack of Enhancement Medpack - C's (All types available) and used them onmyself.

I wasn't able to wear the rest of my armor suit.

Is that how it's supposed to be? I mean. How the heck do people wear full sets of Adv. Copposite armor then?

I've noticed this. Even though I'm fully buffed, my base stats are what matters in whether I can put on a piece of armor or not.

The only solutionw appears to be:
1. Drugs
2. Stat Migration

Good luck!

Ok, something different must be happening here. Here are more reports of folks saying that buffing does not help in wearing armor. While others are saying it DOES, and does so everytime without fail.

So here's hwo we try to narrow this down, we need to figure out what those who are not getting this to work are doing different from those who are.

Are all 6 stats being buffed?

If so, does the armor in question have any Mind Encumbering stats that might prevent it from hbeing worn, instead?

Thos who are getting this to work, what EXACT steps are you using to ge this to work for you?

I think I can tell you EXACTLY where the problem is..

I'm a Mon Calamari. I have Maximums on my stats that I can get to using Stat Migration.

Right now my Str, Con, Quick andStam are set to their MAX.I think it's 450, 400, 450, 500 respectively now.

Health and Action are both at 700 and my mind pools are way up (900 Mind and 600+ on the other two).

(When I log in tonight, I'll pull real data vaulues and make these numbers"Official")

So that's what I look like when I start. After I put on my Adv. Composite helm, chest, legs, boots, I can no longer put any other armor on becuase I'm not healthy enough. When I open up my stats window, my CON is at something like 7. That's too low for me to get any more armor on.

Now I pull out a set of Enhancement pack - C's. Do a full 6 shot Buff on all Stats. The Buffs average 500ish per hit. Some a little more some a little less, but ALL over 400. At this point I pull up my stat screen and it shows those numbers are up. (I.E. my con went from 7 to 507).

I try to put on my armor and it says, "You are not healthy enough to wear that piece of armor)".

My only thought on this is that since my "Base" stats are MAXED (according to the stat migration tool) this is what is being looked at from the armor perspective. So if the max on your Con is 700, but you've got it at 400 without buffs, then you buff yourself for another 500, technicall for armor purposes, it's only 700 (Though the stat screen says 900)

Does that make sense? I'll log in tonight (Unless someone else wants to and has armor that high to prove it out).

It might. What if you take all armore off, then buff, then put the armor on?

I think I did take the armor off before buffing, but I can't remember.

I'll give it a run this evening. (After I do some painting to keep the wife off my tail)

I wonder if his mind substats were where the breaking point was. We should be able to calculate what the total stat requirement is for a full suit and then find out what needs to be modified to make it work.

Assuming that the buffs do enable armor usage, I'd have to expect that the reports of failures were because the Focus and Willpower dropped too low.

I cannot wear a full set of armor when buffed. I still get the message that I'm not healthy enough.

My Con and Stamina (I believe it's these) are into the single digits. After buffing when they're in the 1000s I still can't wear a full set.

I buff myself before putting the armor on.

It's not a mind problem. If I want to migrate my con and stamina it'll work after the migration is done. Trying to wear a full set of Chitin armor.

I haven't tried the "eat something" approach as I can't eat anything I own right now thanks to the current food bug.

Mind is my limiter. I'm a human master doc. I can put on composite and watch my secondary stats sink in Ctrl+C.

When they are too low, "I'm not healthy enough to wear this armor".

I buffed up, and I continued to add pcs until I ran out of mind.

I had a customer that took spice to get his mind up and that worked too.

I have, however, seen where I could wear it once and then later wasn't healthy enough with the same stats. Eating food reset things enough to where I could.

Since I can buff the first six stats, I'm migrating away from my starting scout stats for more mind.

I have been told they work if you do the following, no guarrentee.

1) buff yourself with doc buffs.
2) eat a piece of food does not matter what, as along as it boosts any stats.

try wearing armor now.

Health - 900
Strength - 300 (minimum)
Constitution - 300 (minimum)

Action - 900
Quickness - 300 (minimum)
Stamina - 300 (minimum)

Mind - 1000 (maximum)
Focus - 500 (maximum)
Willpower - 900 (maximum)

Those are my stats (Zabrak). I was able to put on a full suit of unsliced Composite (well, the boots were marine), and had points to spare. I didn't fully buff first. I buffed as I went along (had fun watching the stats drop), but I'm not sure that made any difference.

I used Enhance D's which buffed my secondaries anywhere from 800-1200+, and my Health/Action from 1k-2k+. With a full set on, all my stats are still above normal, except for focus, which is low when I put my helmet on.

It looks like, with good buffs, the only thing that would hold you back would be your mind sub-stats.

So it's starting to sound to me like it may well be mid substats and that the error message may be the problem. It's not very informative if it give you the same message no matter where the problem lies, since it seems to imply a Health-based stat with that wording.

Unfortuantely I can't help test any of this since I'm a Wookiee and can't wear armor.
