So it's like I said. The devs intentionally release the resource kits, knowing we'd spend millions on them and use them for avian meat, then they take avian meat out of the schematics for med crafting...
You devs are as vindictive as you are merciless. The Emperor is saluting you on your ruthlessness.
The crafting docs are trying to get used to the weird feeling in their behinds after the train you just ran on them...
Why would they do that? It serves no purpose? Resource kits are not money sinks.

It serves plenty of purpose if you think about it, they're also wanting to bleed the economy back down to a manageable size. Best way to do that is to divert funds into a resource and then make it worth a 10th it's previous value.
However, since you're the resident cheerleader for how great the CU will be, you tell me, will avian meat, now no longer used for medical crafting, be worth 4 million credits for 30K (i.e. 133 CPU) or more?
LOL thanks. do we know for sure it's not needed? I don't know really. I know that all the subcomponents still require the same resources. We can't see the BE schematics yet... Following the trend they will be used the same, but I have no clue.

You're not hearing me. I'm SURE avian meat will be applied to something, nobody doubts that.
What I said in the post is they devs intentionally released the resource kits knowing they were going to remove avian's use from the med crafting...
After the CU they'll invent some new use for it...like a meat pie that helps you not fart at night so much when your toon is sleeping...
I know it's a stupid analogy, however the intent is the same. Avian will become worth 1/100 of it's current value.
This isn't a by product, it is intentional.
The economy of crafting docs has been bloodied, drained and mounted on the wall...
However you guys keep up the effort. The devs need more starry eyed cheerleaders patting them on the back singing their praises for reducing the role of doctor to roughly 1/3 of what it used to be and that they're great for doing it.
I hope I meet the person on my server who becomes the "high priest of DEV Blair, God of crafting docs" soon, I want to shake his hand too...
However that will only be after I'm done rezzing the 15 noobs who just got slaughtered trying to take out that next of kreetles...

And before you start to flame me and say im cheer leading for the devs that is soo not the case.. I am sure I have more invested in resources then you will ever have.. I have 2 million units of kick butt avain meat alone that I bought at a heavy price tag last good spawn of meat. Thats just the meat from one spawn,. I have plenty more as well. And as far as the other stuff I have over 200 MILLION units of Med resources.. So this hurts my pocket book just as much if not more then it hurts you. I am not playing cheerleader, I am looking at the facts and stats that they are putting on the table for us to see.

And I am Quite Sure that the Avian Meat will still be used for med crafting.

What do the resource kits even have to do with avian, You could get ANY resource you wanted. No one told you to get avian, And at the time its not confirmed that avian has been removed from med crafting. Don't assume things you don't know for sure.

You don't know that for sure.. If it is still used in a buff.. People are still going to want the buffs, and they are still going to want the best meat possible to make the product. Therefore your meat will still hold a decent value as It wont be any easier to get then it was

What do they have to do with avian? Well, avian meat on most servers was the rarest medical resource, and one of the ONLY resources worth using a resource kit on. Or are you saying that to spend 4 mil on a resource kit means we would use it to make Tat FP? The devs KNEW it would be used for the rare stuff, (i.e. avian), and it's a direct connection...

The end of my comment was made at all those who ARE being cheerleaders, those who have been running around the boards since the beginning saying how great the CU is because finally doctors will have purpose again. It's directed at those who call doctors like you and I, (crafters), greedyand that the fact we're losing millions is okay because we deserve it because we dare to disgrace the noble profession of doctor by daring to craft instead of heal...
