Thread: Here is what I have suggested to the Devs regarding Med converstions.

I was asked to give feedback on the conversion process so below is a cut and paste of what I suggested. Please let me know what you think.


Here are my suggestions for each med component:

Live CU

Health, Const., Strenth buffs Nutrient Injection Enh. (same power/charges)

Action, Quick, Stam buffs Endorphin Injection Enh. (same power/charges)

Poisons Neurotoxins Enh. (3x the power and 1/2 charges)

Area poisons Neurotoxins Enh. (4x the power and 1/2 charges)

Disease and Area Disease Deuterium Toss Enh (9x the power and 1/2 charges)

Stim D and E and Area Stims Stim D (same power, 1/2 charges)

Stim CStim C (same power, 1/2 charges)

Stim B Stim B (same power, 1/2 charges)

Wound D and EStimD (2x power, 1/2 charges)

Wound CStim C (2x power, 1/2 charges)

Wound BStim B (2x power, 1/2 charges)

Poison and area poisonCuresStim D (2x Power, 1/2 charges)

Fire blankets Stim D (2x power, 1/2 charges)

State CuresStim B (400 power, 1/2 charges)


For example, a 500 power, 50 chargeWound E pack in Live would become a 1000 power, 25 charge StimD in CU.

What's your gut feel for anything like this being implemented?


(and "conversions" doesn't have a "t" in it )

Any chance for the enhancers having an effect on something else than duration? They wont get sold, since longer duration is pointless with a doc around who can rebuff with no consumables.

I thought I read that you suggested increasing the power of doc heals, did you suggest this also (please)?

Excellent looking suggestions, get's the balance right I feel and it would definitely be a bonus to haveless Stim-Ds and Stim As swamping the market post CU.

The question posed to me was "where there any issues with the conversion?". So I do not think changing how Enhancers work is part of that question. (ie a different set of folks will be working on how Enhancers work).


My personal vision of Enhancers is that they would work much like Bivoli. When you consume them your skills are boosted fora short period of time. As part of your skill boost both the power and duration would be increased for the action you are performing (unlike bivoli which only hits power). I think this will turn into a long fight of getting Enhancers to work the way we want them.

Opps I missed rez kits. I will add them to the same line as state cures.


Yes, clearly doc heals need some love. I asked for that as part of a "bug" thread.

At 11:22 pm on Sat night and on 3 beers the proper way of spelling covnerstoins is any darn way that get me first on the list

Well if they take these conversions seriously then it wont be bad...I have been trying to use up everything I got just because it wont be worth squat later.


Now if they would just shorten the delay of 60 sec to use a stim...going form 10-15 sec to a min is quite a long time

hey Marrow why is CM stuff being converted to doctor stuff? is there no converstion plan for it? just curious.
