Neurotoxin and Deuterium would be CM stuff if it is done like Marrow has suggested here...

Man, I hope this goes through. I'd hate to think that my crates of Janta buffs that I paid a fortune for would be converted to nothing more than stims.


If this conversion goes through, I just might hold onto Doc as part of my template. But with less than 2 weeks to go, there seems to be lots of basic bugs with the CURB that the Dev's have yet to address (not just his profession, but all professions). My guess is that the CURB will hit live, we'll get 3 months of small fixes, and then they'll ignore whatever bugs are left and save them up for CURB 2 (please God no!).

Med conversions will be a function of they type of item only. Therefore I have suggested the following:



Health, Const., Strenth buffs Nutrient Injection Enh. (950 power)

Action, Quick, Stam buffs Endorphin Injection Enh. (950 power)

Poisons Neurotoxins Enh. (950 power)

Area poisons Neurotoxins Enh. (950 power)

Disease and Area Disease Deuterium Toss Enh (950 power)

Stim D and E and Area Stims Stim D (1100 power)

Thanks again Marrow. Your numbers seem fair and not terribly high I got 1201 Stim Ds and 1240 nutrient enhancers on TC-Ahazi.

Whats the status on conversions? Honestly if they push the CU live without changing the Doc conversions, then Ive lost all respect for SOE. I havent complained much about the CU, but converting all our meds to Stims is absurd. That would be like turning all a Jedis Pearls into Fair condition, or all your weapons into CDEF pistols. A little effort at least went into other professions. I dont see SOE even putting any effort into Doc conversions.


I'm a major Doc/Cm crafter on Starsider and when they convert my stuff to crappy Stims I'm not going to be a very loyal customer.

So the plan is for a flat conversion, regardless of the quality of the current item?


In other words, should I run all of my scrap materials through the factory tonight without worrying about experimenting the power or endurance of the final product?

If your talking junk resouces.... I can't think of a good reason why you would not be willing to gamble. Every indication is that they stats of your current meds will not impact the CU meds that they become.
