Thread: What type of stims do you personally use?

Stim c's? d's? e's?Effectiveness, charge?


I can make c's with 40 charges and 521 base heal, but it seems like its overkill for right now without everyone being super buffed. the stim e's with max efficiency is around 1050 and those are good for pets, but since it uses generic components from the factory and non advanced, the charges don't seem to high =( So what do you personally use?

personally I use stim pack Ds really. I experiment on em and pump up their haling power, the most i have done is about 1040 with my Ds. They are excellent for pets and aren't really hard to make. I don't see a reason with using anything higher really. as my Ds seem to heal anyone up in a jiffy.

I have 700 health/action, so I pretty much stick to stim c's with advanced bio controllers for extra charges. The last few that I made were 424/42, more then enough for personal use. For groups, I use stim D's(with adv bio controller), since I prefer to heal when people are close to incapacitation. Well, not dangerously close.

I haven't even constructed a stim E, even though I've had it for two weeks. But then I don't heal pets very often. Plus I don't want to look for high quality berries.

I guess once buffs are the norm in groups, I will make a beefed up stim D, or start using E's.

Why do you use advanced bio controllers for stim d's? I thought that when schematics ask for more than 1 component from a factory, it disregards quality. Did they fix the bug?

Lets see in my hot bar i have Ranged A B C D and stim C D E hot barred


ranged A i use as i did stim A healing entertainer or surveyors. B C Ds i use depending on how much healing someone away from me need. stim Cfor self heals will doing solo missions. Ds on players when grped and E when I heal pets

My mistake. No advanced parts on the d's, though I was thinking about putting in an advanced chem. I do wish they'd fix the bug; it affects everything, especially the best weapons.

I use Ds. 770/30. With the weird variables on heals I'm not taking any chances. I've healed for over 2K with them.

Whats wrong with using adv componets with the higher ones? I just make several Stimpack D/E (The one requiring 2 bio-effect controllers) I just used 2 adv bio controllers from a cratefrom my factory.

I use c's and e's. C's are easy to make and heal a good amount. E's are more for emergencies.. I go by the formula.. if the healee is at 1/2 health/action or better then its a C shot. If they're below 1/2 health then its an E shot to get them up to full health.

I use D stimpacks most of the time, made with regular components. My standard ones are 590 base heal.


Recently I made some 158-power ALS. That brought Stim C to 495 base heal and Stim D to the high 700s, soto save on BECs I've dropped back to Stim C for everything other than intensive battle healing.


For fun, I made a Stim E 1027/36 with the 158-power ALS and regular other components.

I use Cs. 425/30, made using Rakeris Aluminum *cry its gone on SS now* and Domesticated corn.



I heal normally for 800-1k, with streaky 1200 or 1300 point heals.

I use stim d's. When I have a big enough collection of berries for afactory runI'll use stim E's. The nice thing with the higher stims is you can slop just about anything into the factory and not have to worry about resource quality. And I sure don't have the inventory space to be lugging around 5 different stimpacks. I just use the biggest thing I can make.
