Right, the problem really is that tanks can't manage aggro.
QFE, And healers have no way of deflecting hate once it's recieved.

Is there going to be any difference between novice doc, doc 4/0/0/4, and master doc? Are the timing's different for each special the higher you go?
Master Docs can heal about 25% more damage than a 4004

Social mobs will aggro attackers, I have seen many a time when someone on the fringe of the fight would have a mob spawn behind them and attack once they see that the person is shooting their lair mate. So it's not just a healer issue. However, the timer on taunt is much to long and area taunt is not effective enough to break heal aggro AS IS on live, not sure if it will prove to much more effective now.
That's not the same issue I'm talking about. What you are describing has been in game forever, and that will probably not change. Thats one of those "hey retard stop attacking so close to the lair" things....It really has nothing to do with us pulling 100% agro from attacking yet undamaged stuff.

Let me try to explain the "Indirect Agro" for you.
Even though you are not causing damage to the mob, you are causing reverse (negative attack output) damage to it. In other words you are making it harder on the mob to kill the tank. The mob "sees" this as "because you are healing the person killing me I am going to die and have no chance" because you keep healing the damage it is causing. The AI is saying that "If I kill the person saving the person killing me, I might win". It was said somewhere (can't seem to find the quote) the AI shoud notice the threat of keeping the killer healed (something along those lines), If you were fighting PvP, would you not kill the healer first? Makes sense to me.

I understand how it works....That is not the issue. There is not enough taunts in the game for the different professions. Fine if they want to keep the indirect agro in game whatever....but make it more possible for people to manage that. Healers are still going to get insta-agro when they heal, which is something many people are not understanding. Yes there are ways around it, and things to do to avoid / prevent it, but that is not what I'm talking about. I should not have to look for a MSwordman that has Area-Taunt to save my as$ when I heal. And even then your lucky if the taunt even works.
And no I wouldn't kill the healers first, because honestly unless they are doing damage to me they are not a threat. Maybe after this next patch I will change my mind, but right now PVP is not the topic of debate.
