Any droid with a 110 medical capability will do. Just get one you like. If you want a food crafting station, you might need to get a more advanced droid. Please consult with your local droid engineer.

20 unit inventory!?
Double check that you actually have 20 units of storage, I was told that additional storage modules won't stack so that each droid has a 10 unit limit.
I keep my medical clothes and alternate set of armor in one droid just so I can access them anywhere without having to worry about decay if I die.

You cannot heal woundsin a Cantina, only damage.
Not sure if there is any other building with this restriction.

Med Centers have a 100 med rating, so your heals/buffs will be only 100% effective in a med center, no 10% bonus. Camps have a 60% med rating which will reduce buffs and heals.
I am sorry to correct you that the med droid overrides the med center and camps, there is zero reduction in heal/buff's with the 110% med droid.

Try healing in the Dantooine Mining Outpost cantina. No problem, no need for a droid.

I think they should tweek the code there where if your in a camp and you have a droid out you get a slight bonus.
this can work for med centers.
that would give each of them some value in all sisuations.
if for example i could get a 10% bonus for my 110% droid and another 5% for being in a camp.
(2% basic camp,5% multi person camp,10% for the big flipping camp heh heh)
the numbers could be tweeked a bit but you get the idea
I love my droid(s) I would like to see them able to take and use up to 4 battery packs insted of the single hits
docs have bad storage issues in the field and if I can pull a good 4 hit battery from a case and feed the whole thing to my droid
for a long run time, that would be very help full.
another issue i have with droids is I am a combad doctor in that I heal very close to combat and having my droid run away all the time sucks. now when I had the droid custom built he was destghed for combat healing no weapons but good HAM and top end armor I would have also bought a droid that specificly would not tend to run in combat.
currantly I have to spam /tellpet Follow to keep him bouncing back.
the stem A despencer is useless droids need to be able to use the stem As to heal would be better.
wishfull thinking: alinkodirects 5 MSE droids on the battle field to rez and heal her rebel friends.
surgical droid should be able to do a pasive heal AOE to all stats.

A droid plain and simple can come with many functions, but there are two main ones, utility and combat.
A med droid falls under the utility category. What makes a med droid what it is, is the medical capability rating, the best of which you can get is 110. That is all you need to heal outside of a camp or medical center, so a cheap mouse droid will do.
If you want more components added like item storage or even a food and chem crafter you need more advanced droids. I know an R3 gives option for 6 components, an R2 less and R4 more, but Im not sure about the rest. Best thing to do is to speak to a droid engineer about it. I bought an R3 with 110 and 5 other components for 50k on Flurry, just to give you a gauge of the prices.
